Well maintained resort with good amenities. Prices are very reasonable. I recommend Caesars.

It was a nice stay.

The theme art is beautiful but we couldn’t check in early and then they made us pay to check in early and still couldn’t give us a room until after 5:30pm from morning even after paying they just didn’t make us a priority and it wasn’t worth it and I will not use that facility again.

The rooms listed when reserved were not the rooms provided, how a king size bedroom looks like a queen and a queen like a ful size.

The hotel is not kids friendly . The access to the garage very inconvenient! You can get to the pool only with a reservation and you pay $80! Disappointing for a family with kids. I had hard time to get to my car, go to the boardwalk.

I don't have no problem with the staff, the pool area was alright , the casino was horrible, the hotel need a update ASAP.

My family loved the stay. Convenient walk to boardwalk and other casinos. Staff was very friendly. Beds were comfortable.

The hotel itself is very beautiful. The reception, outer lobby, corridors, and casino look great. .The windows look into the interior lobby space, which feels very claustrophobic and suffocating since there is no fresh air or outside view. Furthermore, there was no complimentary water in the room, only two coffees and a small machine. Basic amenities like toothbrushes and toothpaste were missing, as only soap and shower gel were provided. Lastly, we expected the pool and spa to be included, but it requires a prior reservation and an extra fee. Overall, due to these issues, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

Let’s start by saying paying a resort fee doesn’t include the use of the pool. If you plan on using the pool be prepared to pay $125.00 for one single lounge chair. It is not included in the resort fee. Secondly when you agree to pay the 15.00 early check in fee for 1pm and you get to the representative at 12:56 and they tell you sorry it’s 30.00 early check in fee because it’s not 1pm yet and still want to charge you the max rate. Automatic turnoff. Never will stay at this property again.
