Great stay

It will b miss that was my favorite places to stay

Staff was friendly. Especially the parking garage attendant who helped guide me where I needed to go when we first arrived. The rooms had lots of space and were very clean. I was surprised at all the wonderful activities they had scheduled. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean in spacious very well equipped.

Clean room, staff, employees very friendly and security friendly and menajer Mr. Ali is very nice person. But We are very sad about the closure of that place.

I went for a short vacation and I truly loved everything. It was very clean and spacious, and the people were very friendly. I really recommend it. Gracias😊😊

Great place for family.

Great stay overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit, which made check-in and check-out easy. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because they closed the pool for an entire day because of an “accident”. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Facilities were excellent.

The room was clean but the ceilings could use some attention. Kitchen area was great, it had everything we needed. I loved that there was a full refrigerator. Staff was nice and check in went well. We did find out later that we should have been given wrist bands that got us discounts at places as well as worked as a key card. It was very cold while we were there and the balcony had ice on it, they should be better about making sure they are safe. The thermostat in the bedroom seemed to control the heat/cooling unit in the living room and vice-versa. We were sad they said that location would be closing by the end of the year.

Nice clean inviting hotel

Good activities, location and staff. Service was excellent

I mistakenly left a valueble item in the room after checkout. The staff gave me nothing but the run around for days on end. It is so disappointing that someone couldnt simply be honest and help me retrieve the item from the room. After many discussions withe security, housekeeping, etc. The only people who had access after I checked out was Housekeeping and Security. They clearly stole it and no one cares.
