Howard Johnson by Wyndham Atlantic City

Prefect stay... everything was convenient.

The room was clean. The property needs upgrades. There was burn holes in the sheets. Outside the property was alarming. There was a horrid smell of urine and lots of homeless people. Prostitution right outside. But it is 1 block from the beach.

Limited parking

I like the convenience of being able to pay at the property on the day of. I liked how the staff would hold on to the car keys for you; makes your car feel more safe and secured. Lastly, the hotel is literally walking distance to the boardwalk. The fact that the parking staff member damaged the car. Other than that the were very friendly and welcoming great overall customer service and care.

The hotel is close to the beach. The facility smell marijuana, starting from the lobby, the hallway and the elevator. Also there were a lot of noisy guests talking I'm laughing so loud.

I need someone with booking or the hotel to contact me.

Absolutely nothing asked me for my car keys I didn’t like anything about the property old furniture no refrigerators in the room one microwave in the whole hotel. They kept telling me I had give them my car keys because of limited parking lot space no complementary breakfast elevator stinks . The room I reserved had a king bed and my reservation was cancelled by time I got there and I had to simplify my room for a “queen bed” and the price remained the same I will never go back ….the bathroom didn’t even have a plunger

I always enjoy my stay, staff is nice and friendly. Plus the have a Cafe downstairs, for breakfast and lunch. This is my go to spot when I stay in Atlantic City.

Great location for me and my family towards the Boardwalk.

I booked a king bed they gave me two queens gave me a hard time about giving me what I paid for I got there at 7 to check in after traveling for hours and the website said the pool was open until 8 it was closed by the time we got there staff wasn’t helpful at all my toilet was clogged it just was overall a bad experience and I’m a Wyndham’s reward member

Clean Location isn’t the best

I liked the easy check in and check out process. I did not like the busy location. Made it very hard to sleep at night with all the noise.

Had a great time

Everything was wonderful!! I have an artificial leg and the men at the front desk made sure that I was parked right outside the front door, even though it was not expected!! But I appreciate the thoughtfulness all the same…so THANK YOU!! And the cafe downstairs was Amazing!! Great food… Great prices…EXCELLENT service!!
