Rated 1 stars across the board because the listing is very misleading. This location does not have a pool. The waterpark that is pictured as the main picture is not even located at this property nor included in your stay! We found out after calling Cozy Suites within an hour of booking just to let them know we would be checking in late & while on the phone I asked what time the pool/water park opens & closes & they stated they do not have a pool. I immediately requested a refund since that is the main reason we booked this location. The denied my refund request. We will never book Cozy Suites again.

My room had no wash cloths blow dryer did not work

Booked room but when arrived at hotel staff said showed pending. After a few calls was able to get confirmation room was booked. However at the hotel itself it still showed pending. Was never able to check in and get a room. Hotel refused to refund money back.

Never made it to the room, they made it very difficult to sign in and get the room I booked had to find a different hotel

Muy costoso para lo que ofrecen aparte los pacillos son muy sucios y huelen mal las insatalaciones son viejas. Y cobran asta para entrar a la piscina y el parqueo. Así uno esté sopesado en el hotel

Management was very rude and disrespectful to me.. there was no ironbors to press my clothes no phone in the room to call down to the front dess.. sand from the beach inside the fold out bed.. was the worst experience ever..and I would never recommend that hotel to anyone.. plus I'm still waiting for my security deposit to be refunded

it was nicely clean, beautiful view and very comforting.Unfortunately the pool is closed due to renovations other than that had an amazing stay.

Booked/confirmed on hotels.com and then cozysuites sent a broken link to pay a security deposit. When I called to ensure we could check-in I was informed we had to have pre-approval of our deposit which would take 48 hours (instead of instant like ALWAYS) and so was not allowed to check-in to this hotel despite already driving three hours there. They wouldn’t cancel the reservation even though they wouldn’t let me check-in. I’ve been on the phone for three hours with no help. I had to scramble with a toddler for last minute reservations at another location and continue to spend time on hold for assistance. Despite the listings stating otherwise, there is NO ONE ONSITE TO ASSIST CHECK-IN. We went to another hotel instead and paid the reservation fee and security deposit onsite with no issues in about 90 seconds. Same rate, much better hotel, onsite staff.

The room was clean but most staff were rude and not helpful. Also only 1 of the 4 elevators on my side of the building worked. Waterpark was great but hotel didn't have any other free pools. Needs remodeling.

Very spacious space and perfect location to visit other casinos and restuarants.

The check in process was terrible, very poor managed (the actual staff at the Showboat however was friend & helpful). The room was not well maintained, chipping paint, ceiling & wall had water damage and was falling apart. The one pot, and one pan were full of scratches and chipping. I will not book with CozySuites

The room and the facility was super clean and the staff were very friendly.

However, there were a couple of issues that affected our stay. There was a noticeable smell of marijuana, which we really did not appreciate—especially because this was a family trip and we expected a more comfortable environment inside the hotel. Another important thing to mention is that the waterpark is not included, even though there is a picture showing a pool. Also, there is no pool in the hotel. The elevator even has a sign indicating a pool on the 6th floor, but there is no pool there, which can be confusing. Overall, the location and room were good, but these details should be clearer for guests.

I was they for two days the first day this was a fight in the lobby. Two people got stabbed and then the next day I was looking for a bathroom with a changing table for my child. There is no change table there. Everything is dirty and I had to change my son in the floor, so I would never go back there ever again.
