Rubys Dinette was the best and open late!!!

Rooms were clean. Pool was warm. Amazing food options.

Had a wonderful stay at the resort hotel, many amenities and many restaurants. Lots of gaming options. Would give five stars, but I don’t care for the smell of smoke. Needs better ventilation.

There was a little mixup with the reservation, but the staff was very helpful when trying to resolve the issue. The manager gave a room credit to use towards a meal to accommodate me for the mishap.

The property was perfect for what I needed it to be.

Passable

The walls are paper thin and we had extremely noisy people in the next room. Kids screaming, laughing and carrying on. We didn't get rest. They also need to put a safety bar in the shower. They also need to have the rolling carts to bring our luggage to the room. My husband had to make numerous trips.

We enjoyed our trip and plan on going again in the near future. Place was very clean and staff was very hospitable.

Our room had no body wash, the container was empty upon asking for more it was never replenished. The shower door overhead was low and my husband hit his head multiple times getting in and out of it. The bed was rock hard and very uncomfortable. The family above us kept us up all night partying. For the price of our stay we expected better.

Hotel was pretty good

The room was very clean but wasn’t satisfied with the bathroom. There wasn’t anywhere to put the toiletries.

The staff was kind. Location Smelled musty. The chair in the room was peeling and gross. There was blood on the bathroom wall and gross liquid stains around the trash can. I don’t understand the shower and doors. The water actually hurt and stung when it came out. I have never felt anything like that before.

Great area Cleanliness and had everything for entertainment

We loved the location. The whole place was clean and beautiful. The valets were especially welcoming and helpful. The main issue we had was the bathroom. The toilet was extremely low to the ground which was a challenge for us to get up easily. Also, the shower had decent water pressure but the spray was too wide to rinse our hair well. The small food court was nice for convenience, but some of the food was subpar. Also, the number of functioning cashout machines was a problem. One night, I wandered around and found 5 not working before I found 1 that was working.

Based on the resort fees that all of the casino hotels in Atlantic city charge, they should be providing a great gym and have an indoor or outdoor pool available ELSE refund some of those fees.
