Resorts Casino Hotel Atlantic City

Not much! Very overrated! Definitely overpriced. Room was very sub-standard. The staff at the front desk seemed VERY disinterested; no direction given about the property! The bathroom was absolutely the smallest and poorly designed I’ve been in over the years. I can’t believe how much I paid and how little value I received! I’m amazed that it received as high a rating as it did….

Some of the food was OK Smell in the hallway. It smelt like mildew.

This was our second time staying there. The hotel room & property was very clean. The rates were fair & it's on a great section of the Boardwalk. The guys we rented beach chairs from were so kind & helpful. We'll definitely be back!

Room was very clean but carpet was very old

We had a great time. However mobile check in didnt work for us the kisco didn't work so we still had to go to the front desk. The room was clean but even though we in the non smoking sections the smell of smoke can be overwhelming. I has called before and asked about a birthday sign and was told okay I'll add it to the notes there was no sign when I got there. I called Dougherty's Steakhouse before hand and asked for them to bring out a cake at the end of dinner was told okay and that didn't happen I had to ask in front of the birthday person but the food was good . The pool was clean and it wasn't crowded at all. I do love that we can walk right onto the Beach from the hotel . There is enough to do to keep u busy but the smoke smell is extremely overwhelming . I wouldn't stay if I brought my kids because the pool is only kid friendly until 2pm so this would be great for couples . The casino is big , clean and lots to play but smells overwhelming of smoke but it was fun. Room service is only from Friday and the weekend . So we couldn't get room service breakfast for the birthday because it was a Thursday . Would I stay again only with a deal.

Great for children and adults. Access directly to the beach and entertainment at night!

I didn't ask to move as I was staying 1 night & had things to get on to. I advised cleaning staff in the a.m.

They overcharged for parking I’m a player club member and was only supposed to pay $10 they charged $15

Such a beautiful hotel. Even though it's large with lots of rooms it was very quiet. Bright light from windows. The room was large and very cute. 2 bathrooms in Junior Suites. There was no exhaust fan in the bathrooms. If you don't crack the door, you have no air flow.

Everything was wonderful except that you have no healthy food available, no gluten free options really or fruit available in the coffee shops.

First time staying at this hotel in Atlantic City and it wasnt bad at all.

Considering I was in a smoking room, there wasn’t that stale smell either. Hopefully they will continue to provide smoking rooms. As for the Hotel itself, I always admire the art deco surroundings. The casino slots are somewhat up to date most were working.

Exceptional

Went to Atlantic City for a concert and stayed overnight at this hotel. The hotel was nice with plenty of options for dining.

The hotel is right next to everything and has a great food court when you want something inexpensive to eat.

The waiting time was my only gripe - I showed up early, but still had to wait around 2 hours for a room. That aside, I had an incredible time during my 3-day stay.

Requested a clean air certified room but reeked of smoke and the carpets are so gross I walked around in flip flops in my own room.

Some rooms were good but some weren’t.
