Friendly and helpful

Had a nice relaxing stay.

We have stayed at Resorts year after year because it is convenient to the beach and boardwalk, parking is reasonable, and the rooms are clean. I would highly recommend.

Not the ideal place but its okay to stay in for couple days to save some money

The rooms were clean and the Food court downstairs was a plus. Convenient location and house keeping was excellent. I couldn't get an answer from the front desk when I called several times. The room initially smelled like smoke although I had a non smoking room.. other than that it was a good hotel stay.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with my check in and the room was clean.

All staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. The room service was impeccable. I don't recall his name, but the staff thst brought my Saturday breakfast to my room was nothing short of amazing. I will be back.

The walls were thin. I heard the guests talking in the adjoining room

I stayed in the 4th floor with my family and the quality of the linen for the beds have changed. The hall itself became very nosy around 11pm and didn't end until around 3am. Overall I've had better stays at Resorts.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I think that Resorts should have a bar with live entertainment. The Lobby Bar at the Hardrock is a good example.

I have stayed at Resort before. 1 of the better properties to stay at.

If planning to visit / stay at Resorts AC I'd recommend staying in the Ocean Tower giving you access to the Casino, indoor pool and the boardwalk.

Great central location with good access to all amenities. A little tired, could do with a little T&C outside.
