Lovely relaxing stay. Nice views of the ocean. Several pools, very family friendly and lots of restaurants to choose from. Room was spacious and clean. Would most definitely stay again.

When I told front desk clerk that at check in, he was not polite or helpful and said those rooms were not available.

The room was not clean, toilet had stains, and no comforter. The adilt pool was hidden and it took 2 security guards to help us licate it. However, the food was amazing and staff were very friendly! 6.5/10

Not very clean room 1445 needs work the bathroom is very dirty the floor in the room was dirty. Fake beach view over rated they allowed dogs to stay there dogs will mass a room up

Pool tempature way to warm ! Probably 90 on a hot day. Uncomfortable and unhealthy.

Unfortunately, when the fireworks started, they were barely visible. The view was nowhere near what we had been led to expect, and it definitely didn't justify the significantly higher Fourth of July room rate. That said, the hotel itself was lovely, and I would absolutely recommend staying here during the off-season. However, if you're booking specifically for the July 4th fireworks or holiday entertainment, I'd recommend saving your money and choosing a different location.
