Ocean Casino Resort

The view from the room is phenomenal, so peaceful. The rooms had a fabulous bed, shower room and the main room had a nice sofa and chair over looking the ocean. The pool is fantastic. The gym is excellent, probably the best hotel gym I've ever seen. The Ocean steak joint was epic. The casino was buzzing Friday and Saturday night. No coffee maker in room, they sent one up, but did not restock my coffee with house keeping. The in room fridge was a bit noisy at night, could do more to reduce in room noise.

Speaking with the person during the check in process, was a great experience of customer service. I definitely was made to feel welcome. I stayed at the Suite on the 46th floor, and I truly enjoyed the view and the beautiful room. The room was very clean as well. I loved the Spa and the 80 minutes massage!!! I did not find security very friendly. I spoke to one of them and told that a smile would make a customer feel special during that check in process. Also, Bellman showed no hospitality, not even a smile which prevented me from requesting help from them. In room dining, I requested for the same server that I had the previous night but was told it's based on rotation. It was like I never requested the same server from the previous night. Needless, to say the request was never granted, therefore as the customer I was not heard. RM 4633

order and cleanliness The size of the pillows—pillows meant for a small bed used on a king-sized bed—was an issue, but the most important thing was the lack of soundproofing; it is, to date, the noisiest room I have ever stayed in.

Everything about the ocean hotel was on point like a pencil. I have nothing bad to say what’s so ever. Ocean view from the bedroom is always a plus from me, wat I would say the pricing is a little high to stay at the ocean hotel, beside that it’s a great place to enjoy your vacation or a short stay.

We had fun at the Saturday night show. Everything was well organized, and I’m looking forward to go there again.

Rooms were not that clean, but the rest of the hotel was well maintained. The front desk did not explain the parking situation to us so we ended up paying for this although i think it was supposed to be included in the stay. The pool was very nice and did get inspected while we were there for water testing which is such a good thing to see. There were almost no food options and most of the places were closed for our stay. Water is like $4 so bring your own. Over all would stay again.

Wahlberg Deli Steakhouse Very POORLY lit property not joking next morning only could order room service no restaurants open food was great but VERY EXPENSIVE!!!! Left there went to Tropicana NOT KIDDING

I did not expect the property to be as glamorous as I thought it would be. The advertisement does not show justice! Its an experience that needs to be met in person.
