Downbeach Inn

It was okay. we had to wait for the clerk to move cars to get out of the parking lot after we checked out. There were extra charges for parking which was not on the web site when we booked the room.

The table is very dirty and out of shape not sure why not throw away, washroom is very dirty, pictures of the rooms in the hotel.com app against real rooms condition. got charged for parking despite the hotel information did not list charging for parking.

This was the worst motel I every stayed at in my life. Check in staff is not there in person you have to press a ring camera to check in/ check out. It felt like I was in a horror movie. The room was nasty. Dirty floors, broken doors, mold around the bathroom door, given very small/thin bar soaps. Also the room smelled like cigarettes. The bed was uncomfortable and had cigarette holes all around it. You can hear everything going on outside, upstairs and next door. I felt very unsafe I could not sleep and when I first checked in a homeless man kept knocking on my door. Please do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else if you're planning to attend a show at the Boardwalk Hall.

It was dirty I had to switch rooms and the second room was still also dirty.

No vayan a ese lugar , no es apto para niños, las fotos de la descripción son falsas , los baños son terribles y han sido usados por personas consumidoras de sustancias

It was terrible place to be at ,very old wholes on the ceilings ,inside the room wall everywhere the bathroom mold carpet smells bad we end up getting sick from the smell of stinky carpet very old furniture’s pillow nasty

Was ok for the price. Some homeless people hanging around and peeking in windows. Great location despite the negative. Cleaning staff needs a cart because the poor woman had to carry all that dirty bedding/towels in her arms up and down stairs. Cute lark with food trucks right down the street.

No housekeeping at all no fresh towels etc website says breakfast included there was no breakfast at all also paid for parking when website says parking included please travelers please call ahead before your stay or look at the location rooms etc when you get there please bad experience at downbeach god bless

it was so bad i left at 2am, cigarettes in the toilet, gave me the wrong room disgusting

Room 104 bottom room was pretty okay just for the one night I needed it for,good refrigerator and microwave,staff was very friendly and helpful

Great location for the venue near by

Only good thing is the location close to the boardwalk.

The staff on duty was very helpful.
