No housekeeping at all no fresh towels etc website says breakfast included there was no breakfast at all also paid for parking when website says parking included please travelers please call ahead before your stay or look at the location rooms etc when you get there please bad experience at downbeach god bless

it was so bad i left at 2am, cigarettes in the toilet, gave me the wrong room disgusting

Room 104 bottom room was pretty okay just for the one night I needed it for,good refrigerator and microwave,staff was very friendly and helpful

Went to room and front door was messed up felt loose like one push would break it down completely it was a non smoking room but smelled like cigarettes and curtains had burn holes. Bathroom Door was broken did not close. And also was ripped and was just plastered over. Outlets where not working and just had a open wire just hanging. Bathroom was not cleaned well at all. Even then did not complain. Went to go get ice and was told that didnt even work or internet. You do not get the things they advertise that comes with the room. I WOULD NEVER STAY IN THERE AGAIN!

The room had mold that you could actually smell, the refrigerator and microwave was discussing! the carpet filthy as well as the bathroom! My husband and I stayed 2 nights and will never stay again or recommend to any family or friends!!

The worst hotel I've experienced in my life, please if you are planning to go to Atlantic city don't ever book in these Hotel. Pay your own parking ,imagine that.

Even though they give you a pass for your car. We reserved a room with a jaquzzi which we couldn't use because we had no hot water. Guy came up tells us to wait 10 minutes, jets on jaquzzi will heat the water. Still no hot water. We couldn't get showers in the morning because no hot water. Walking to our room there's a small refrigerator sitting outside room, that we had to get passed. There was no box spring for the mattress, very uncomfortable to sleep. No coffee maker in the room and they didn't have a hospitality area to get a cup. We don't recommend this hotel to anyone. Waiting on manager to call is because we expect at least a partial refund for the room.

Parking lot was compact waited for 20 minutes for the guy at the desk had to call to get some at the desk condom wrappers on the steps along with trash an debris. There was no hair dryer in room the shower was dirty along with the water not get hot only like warm the jettub was horrible when turn on it shot debris an dirt out into the water as if it's never been cleaned the bed was hard an uncomfortable. There was no phone or alarm clock in the room along with no dresser

We asked to change the room, staff tried to give us another room. That was a little better but not up to the mark. I would recommend spend a little more and good book Hotel. Not at all recommended and should be removed from Expedia.

Horrible place unless you want crack and hookers.
