Even if you stay, you still have to pay for parking 30$

Staff rude, room outdated, noisy air conditioning and a stench of urine My card key locked me out twice and had to make a trip to the front desk with a very long walk a big inconvenience. The outdoor pool was small to the ratio of the hotel guests using it.never will I stay at this hotel again. Casino full of cigarette smoke including the smoke free section.

Would go back there again.

The hotel was very good overall, the only thing was that we couldn't enjoy the beaches more because of too many biting flies.

We had very loud neighbors who were banging on the walls, screaming, yelling, and cursing from 10pm until 6am. When we let the staff know they sent someone to talk to the neighbors. All that did was make it worse for us which is why we hesitated to reach out to staff. Management would not refund stay nor did Expedia.

The room was clean. The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. So many food, drink, and snack options as well as being right on the Boardwalk. I traveled with 3 mid/older aged teens and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Our whole stay was great. The room was spacious for us. My only complaint is the shower liner in the bathroom should be changed or cleaned often. It was it a bit dirty with mildew. There was also a rug in between the beds and under it clearly wasn’t swept because I found a flat sock under it. Under than that we had a great stay.

My first night i was given a room that the wall was chipping, carpet was dirty, tv didn't work. Changed my room for the second night and still had to pay an additional 45$. The next room wasn't up to par as well. Just dirty and tv again was malfunctioning. I took plenty of photos. I should of never have had to pay. Just a bad stay.

We stayed in a junior suite and the room was clean and well stocked with towels and toiletries. Easy to maintain the temperature and enough lighting with lamps and high hat lighting.

Day 2 went to breakfast and when we got back at nine thirty air conditioning, not working again and bathroom sink clocked... Call maintenance again and plumber came within twenty minutes, but air conditioner guy never came after four hours. I went to the lobby to request change of room... Was told if I wanted a better tower I would have to pay a fee, I said, no. I shouldn't have to pay extra, for the inconvenience so it was changed to a different room in Chelsea tower. If you go to outside pool...you have to rent loungechairs, which is fifteen dollars for the day. Which I think is ridiculous to pay for lounge chairs to use at your hotel pool... A lot of restaurants advertise happy hour, but they are not open at happy hour.. . Would I ever stay there again? Absolutely not. Second room, we got air condition. Was great, but again, the bathroom. Sink was clogged, and there was no hot water. We were supposed to check out on friday. We ended up leaving thursday.. I would never stay here again

I only gamble a little bit, but the location right on the boardwalk was great and spent the day in the beach, which was great

Always a fun get away

So so. Not bad at all.

Other than the fact that when I entered MY room, there was a previous guest inside. I guess they hadn't checked out yet, but I was assigned the room. Had to go to front desk, waited in line for an hour. They corrected the issue and gave me a $75 food credit, which I used at PF Changs. Everything else was excellent. I stayed in the Solana towers, so very long wait times for the elevator. I enjoyed my stay. Tropicana will always be my go to resort. Breakfast at Hash House, party all night at Boogie Nights, Chelsea pool, can't wait to go back.
