I enjoyed my stay and will definitely book this hotel again. The rooms were perfect clean and spacious. I got some of the best sleep during my stay.

Room was clean . Staff very friendly. Breakfast buffet was good with plenty of fresh food that was hot.

Jasmine was at the front desk when I arrived. She provided excellent customer service and was very pleasant.

We could not get any towels. We had no towels at the pool. We actually had to call family to bring us towels to go to the pool and shower.

The hotel was amazing in all aspects. I did have one issue but didn’t let that affect the rating. I was told upon check in if I wanted to have my room serviced I needed to fill out a form and turn it in before 9 am the next day which I did. We even left the whole day for our room to be serviced. We come back and there had been no service done on our room. The man at the front desk apologized and helped us by giving us new towels and trash bags so I took out our trash and left it in the hallway. Other than that everything was great. Will definitely be back.

Clean room friendly staff excellent services

When I checked in, I was told that my room would not be cleaned during my stay. While I didn’t agree with that policy, I accepted it. The problems started when I simply asked for clean towels. Instead of being treated with basic courtesy, I was met with disrespect, ridicule, and an unprofessional attitude. I was spoken to in a way that no paying guest should ever be treated. The situation escalated for no reason other than me requesting fresh towels for my room. To make matters even worse, the police were called, and I was ultimately removed from the hotel over nothing more than asking for towels. I never imagined that a simple customer service request would end with me being escorted out of a hotel. Since this happened, I have repeatedly asked to speak with a manager. Despite multiple requests, I have still not had the opportunity to speak with anyone in management. I have also not received a refund for my stay. The lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and complete failure of management to address this situation have been extremely disappointing. Guests deserve to be treated with respect, especially when making a simple request. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel, and I hope management takes these issues seriously so that no other guest has to go through what I did.

breakfast is amazing.

I stay here every time I come visit family in Augusta. This hotel has always been comfortable, it's inconvenient location for me. They offer a great breakfast in the morning .I love the food choices around me, there is a Starbucks right up the street .If I wanted to get something quick to eat. It's also located right off the highway.

Ask for room service an a comforter for bed,bed was hard left for the day came back around 4:00. No room service call front desk talked to them they didn’t know about room service. But the lady took care of the problem

Stayed 3 nights on a holiday weekend. Staff was welcoming and the entire group working the dining area were exceptional. Beds are very comfy and love the full size pillows. Breakfast was way above average with items cooked for the buffet line and servers to help you with beverages. Would definitely stay again. Great location.

The hotel is a bit old but it is in great condition, everything worked the way it should be, and the staff is amazing!, very helpful and friendly, complimentary breakfast was good, better than I expected and my overall experience was really good, I would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast bar was good! The waitress was great!
