Holiday Inn Augusta West I-20 by IHG

This is a great location, has comfy beds and pillows, all very clean!

Our room was very spacious and clean. The hotel was just off the interstate and very easy to get to. We were disappointed in the "restaurant". It was nothing like advertised on the website, very little to offer for dinner and we arrived around 8 pm expecting to be able to get something there. We did not bother with breakfast. We would stay here again, however, the website needs to be brought up to date.

Exceptional

We were in town for a wedding and it meet our expectations. The staff was friendly but most importantly the room was clean. Facilities were well maintained. Would stay again.

Everything was great. From our room to the pool to breakfast. We had a very comfortable stay. The staff was amazing. Very welcoming. Will definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was outstanding, area was clean and the staff was very friendly. Ms Doris was the sweetest host. They prepared the food to a great taste. Excellent place to stay. Will book again.

I loved everything about our stay but it states that you get free breakfast for adults and it was two adults and two teenagers.I got one complimentary breakfast per day for my group.Please make sure people understand breakfast is not free.

Cancelled reservation 15 minutes after it was made and booking refused to refund. Our company will never use booking or IHG ever again over 496.41. We’ve posted this to our Facebook, instagram and all other social media accounts and encourage everyone we encounter to do same never use booking.com and never stay at a IHG affiliate. It’s been quite entertaining to think we costed these companies far more than they stole from us. Stay tuned for more…. See above
