Best Western Augusta West

The spa tub was nice and bed was comfortable The room had horrible smell bed was stained and bathroom was dirty

The location, staff were all nice, very quiet during our stay We rented a king room with the Jacuzzi tub for our anniversary and the jets were not that great on the tub, the sheets wouldn't stay on the bed, every time we would lay down they popped off the corner, water pressure in bathroom sink was very low, and there was a horrible smell in the hallway that about made me sick. Not sure if it was coming from another room or where it was coming from but it wasn't a good smell. Not trying to sound mean or disrespectful but it smelled like a nursing home or a elderly persons toliet. It's hard to explain again I apologize wasn't trying to be disrespectful. Also the pool was nice very very warm from our lovely ga scorching summer heat, however it could use alittle cleaning. I would stay again but for the price of it I expected alittle better.

Very clean bedroom & bathroom.

1st day Breakfast: Biscuits and slop gravy, with little specs of sausage in it. No bacon, eggs, sausage or "Full Breakfast" they advertised. Continental at best. Juice machine was off. I had to ask why. They turned it on, but it gave me some nasty watered down residue that I dranked and had to spit out. They then had to clean it out and did a lot of steps to make it drinkable. Coffee was Cold or leftover 2nd day Breakfast: Potatoes and something that looked like frozen chicken bites or nuggets. Batter was falling off from being previously frozen. No Eggs, bacon, sausage or the "Full Breakfast" they advertised. Coffee was cold or leftover Went outside around 2:00am Monday morning to smoke, and the same overnight rep from Fri, Sat, Sun , who failed at making a "Full Breakfast" for guest 3days in a row was sitting down washing dishes and had already put out the Breakfast that starts at 6am. That's 4hrs it will be sitting there. What got me was they have now combined the leftover Biscuits and Gravy from Sat morning with the Sun morning Potatoes and Chicken bites together to appear as though it is a "FULL Breakfast for Monday morning's guest. 😆 What a Joke. I only booked with this hotel because of their pool and the so-called "Full Breakfast" included. What a let down. 😠 Thank God there are a few restaurants nearby to go to.

For the most part everything was good! The continental breakfast was nothing short of a joke! There was a bowl of frozen gas station biscuits on the counter and that was it!

Bed comfortable tub is amazing No hot breakfast just cereal upset about this my 5 yr old had nothing to eat

The breakfast at 7am was very basic but will get you through the morning. Eggs were stiff. But everything was very clean and well maintained.

Key cards were down when I was there…definitely was a inconvenience

The bowl of frozen gas station biscuits in the place of the "continental breakfast “ The desk clerk decided to charge my card 3 hours before I arrived even though the website said I would not have to pay until I arrived, almost costing me an overdraft fee
