It was clean and organized. No problems.

There was a fire and no one contacted us to inform it was a fire and I had too walk down four flights of stairs 2 week post op my knee still hurting

Love the hotel always makes me feel welcome

Very Clean Room, staff very helpful and everyone was so polite. We enjoyed the breakfast. This was our 2nd or 3rd visit for hotel. We really loved the full kitchen in the suites. Convenient to lots of shopping and restaurants.

The property was in a good location and they had a very extensive breakfast options. I enjoyed conversing with the main chef.

Great customer service never had a problem. Would highly recommend. Great hotel only thing I would like to add is they need locks on the bedroom door. Other than that It was a great stay.

I like the size of the room and all the amenities it had and the exceptional customer service of check in and check out. The breakfast was okay. Love that they had a meal provided for people at the hotel in the evening of the day I checked in. Was expecting just appetizers and it was a full meal. The way the eggs tasted and looked at breakfast and the Halls were very warm when you went out of your room. Could hear the TV loudly from room across from my room with my door closed and their door closed all afternoon on the day of check-in.

I especially want to highlight Kim at the front desk. She truly went above and beyond. Her professionalism was outstanding, and she handled everything with patience and care. I had my three little ones with me, and even on our busiest, messiest days, she never made me feel uncomfortable or judged. She was always uplifting and reassuring. She even helped communicate with the housing company on our behalf, which made a huge difference for us. The hotel itself was also great—having access to a free gym and free laundry made our stay so much easier and more comfortable. I’m incredibly grateful for the kindness and support we received here. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone, especially families going through a transition.

1 Elevator kind of sucked and breakfast was not great.

The entire 2nd floor was filled with pot smoke from room 213.

CUSTOMER SERVICE SHE WAS AMAZING. THE STAY WAS VERY COMFORTABLE. THE breakfast was an additional plus . Would definitely recommend

Everything was great but the plastic on the mattress was a little weird

The room was clean. Breakfast was good but limited choices. Front desk clerks were nice and friendly.
