Days Inn by Wyndham Augusta

As we were laying in bed going to sleep another group of travellers opened our room with their room key. They were given the same room as us but the same employee 10 minutes after he assigned it to us.

I dont like going thru a booking agent. Rather talk to the motel directly.

CLEAN ROOM IN A VERY QUIET AREA. NICE BED

The hotel had various strong odors this trip ,particularly cigarettes smoke in the lobby and my room. It also overwhelmingly smelled like a kitchen with lots of cooking going on. Room was clean but needs updating The friendly staff is a bonus. Its a mediocre place but price is good! I like this one better than the super 8 across the street

Friendly Staff. Good complimentary breakfast. Cleanliness If I had a stopper to take a bath. Was disappointing

Building was hot hot. Had to be 80 degrees plus. Open my room door and the batteries are hanging out of the lock. The hot water took forever to get hot. Put it on full blast and it wasnt even warm. The ac was loud but worked.

Right off the interstate, near many stores, food, events. Carpet stained, coffee or something splashed & dry on the wall above TV/fridge/microwave stand. Made us question the cleanliness of the whole room. Minimal breakfast choices. The beds were comfortable though.

The toilet was basically used when we checked in The facility wasn’t cleaned well enough and everything is very old

The room was filthy, stains on the shower curtain, blood on the wall and just dirty

I wonder if they city comes in for inspection and if they do what do they look for and how long they go without doing an inspection

Have stayed here several times. Had a problem using key card on the outside door. Room was adequate. Shower was marginal, very slippery and hard to get the water from the bath mode to shower mode. This motel is in serious need of a retrofit. Location is outstanding but not survey will stay here again.

red splatter on bathroom wall, light above sink flickering, hallway smelled bad, machines broken during breakfast, brown stains on blue fabric around bed, no hand soap. Staff at check in was very friendly, helpful and worked with us to find a room that suited us best. Housekeeping was friendly when they checked in to see if we needed services but we declined.

Very comfy bed, clean facility. Good as basic no-frills night at a good price. Responsive staff, but not all speak English.

Breakfast minimal w/broken juice machine. No fresh fruit. Small... small tv in room.... furniture broken (office chair), corner chair old an deflated.

Good value for the money. Very polite and professional staff. Not the ritz, but clean large rooms. The AC was nice and cold, the water pressure and hot water was great. Good location in good area. Ample parking. If you need an inexpensive room but be clean and safe, great place.

Breakfast was very good.
