Lovely hotel! Our room was very spacious and breakfast was delicious! The pool was closed the first day we were there due to the level of chemicals.

It was very comfortable and clean, front desk was helpful. The breakfast was unexpectedly good, very complete. Our room was like a studio apartment, with a small but complete kitchen, full sized fridge, etc. high ceiling and a wonderful bed. Would stay there again without hesitation.

The entire experience was exceptional. From the hospitality night, to using the laundry facilities, to the help that they gave when we needed extra amenities, we could not have asked for a better experience! All of the staff ranging from front desk staff to hospitality were courteous and helpful with their response responses. Truly couldn’t recommend a better hotel in the Augusta area!

Strange bedding. 1 pillow and some random couch pillows inside pillowcases. Hair in sink. Otherwise, nice stay

We enjoyed the outdoor fire-pit and seating, but our swimmer found the pool busy, and water temperature too cool. Two in our group arrived on Wednesday, weary from a long drive. Luckily it was social night with complimentary bbq chicken and other small bites, and wine and beer. If only this was offered all week, The rooms are great. Space is well planned to include a full kitchen, dining table, sofa and coffee tables, comfortable beds and ample bathroom space. The breakfast staff and offerings were very good, as were the other hotel staff. One in our group found the shower's hot water lacking. But it was back later in the day after many guests had checked out. I highly recommend Homewood Suites in Augusta, Maine.

Property was nice. Ran out of hot water every morning and mattress was too firm for me and not comfortable. But was clean and made use of gym and breakfast was good.

A very wonderful experience! Will stay here again when in the area. Breakfast was A+. Pool area though under renovation was also clean the gym absolutely perfect (could use more attachments for cable machine 😝). Room was very comfortable. Staff was helpful and polite and eager to help 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I did not like the Expedia website, and yes - some of it was my fault. But two seconds after I hit the button I realized that I had missed something and since it was non-refundable it was SOOL! The least (the very least) they could have done was let the hotel know that the room was not going to be used and they could have re-used it.
