It has AC and I did appreciate that. I could hear everything from my room. Doors slamming, people talking, and people moving things around. The bathroom door didn’t latch. And walking through the hotel itself it was hot and humid. The bed itself was extremely hard and not comfortable, felt like I was sleeping on the ground in the wood.

The dishes in the dishwasher were dirty and had food stuck to them. I expected the dishes to be in the cupboard and clean. It was pretty gross having to hand wash someone else's stuck-on-food plates!

This was my second time visiting, and it was very clean. The room was clean, and breakfast had a nice variety of options to choose from on different days. N/A

Cleanliness. Big suited Bed was very hard. Half of the dishes were missing in the suite. Breakfast was horrible. Out of bagels, no eggs, everything was paper plates, bowels, plastic silverware, only juice and apple juice,. For the money I paid it was definitely not worth for the Breakfast. Housekeeping staff were not friendly.

The suite was absolutely beautiful! The beds were comfy and plenty of room to move around! The pool was fantastic! Breakfast was delicious!! Was all good!

Nothing Nothing

Spacious room, quiet and comfortable, exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Typical hotel breakfast - limited healthy options, meh quality. Otherwise an excellent stay.

These rooms are some of the cleanest rooms ive stayed in. The staff was amazing and made our stay stress free. Only thing I didn't like was there wasnt really any gluten-free options for the breakfast. So we'll probably skip that next time.

It was clean and the staff were kind I did not have any cash on me and there was no other way to obtain coins to use the washer and dryer.

It was nicely decorated and spacious rooms The cleanliness. There was mold spots in the shower, the duvet was covering a dirty comforter it was covered in the yellowing brown stains, there was dirty pots left under the cabinet literally still had pasta stuck in it, and we didn’t even cook.. not to mention when I was standing in the kitchenette area making some tea as I went to take a step the floor literally started peeling off and sticking to the bottom of my bare feet. You could literally see the outline of my foot on the floor as I peeled whatever was on the floor off my feet. (Pictures attached) The pool was freezing and so was the pool room the pool was definitely not heated which would be fine if they had kept the pool room at a decent temperature not the same as rest of the hotel.

Cleanliness No complaints about that.
