Stayed twice - gave one review 5 and this one 4 purely because the room felt a bit more tired

Good shuttle, tidy and clean

The carpet had some wet spots on it during our stay. Also, I was kind of annoyed that we had to pay for parking. I think that should be included in our hotel stay price already. Their breakfast was nice.

We've stayed here a few times while flying out of Denver, always a good night sleep.Only thing the couches need a cleaning and the smell in the rooms need to be taking care of. The front desk staff ladies aren't very friendly.

The staff was rude and un helpful. The parking lot was unsafe. They broke into our car and they were no help.

This situation could have been easily prevented with routine maintenance and timely battery replacement. Even more frustrating, the hotel didn’t have anyone on call to address the issue, so they had to call someone in. It took about an hour and a half before the problem was finally resolved. The lack of customer service afterward was just as disappointing. I asked to speak with the manager to discuss the situation and request compensation for the disruption to my stay. The manager never contacted me, never apologized, and no compensation was offered. I understand that unexpected issues can happen, but how they’re handled makes all the difference. Unfortunately, the lack of preparation, poor response, and complete absence of follow-up left me with a very negative impression.

The parking lot was supposed to be free of charge or included in the hotel stay and this facility's parking lot wasn't safe because they did break tree guests vehicles today. Please in the future, they need to have the security guard for the parking but the facility was clean. I didn't like the way they charged us for the parking.

The staff at the front desk was not nice at all. The room wreaked of mold and the bathroom floor was covered in it. The grout was black. Entire bathroom smelt wet from mold. I would highly recommend staying anywhere else other than this hotel. I didn’t like anything about it.

The front desk worker got us checked in quickly, but was not overly informative (I had to read the sleeve of the room card to know about wifi, breakfast, etc.). Nice to have water and coffee in the lobby, though. The room was not as clean or updated as we would have liked, and the Fitness room had several broken/unusable machines. But again, for a quick 12 hour stay, it was a decent value.

Nice and clean and close to the airport. The pool was super cold and the whole pool area was super cold.

It’s close to the airport with a free shuttle and a staff that is very organized around that. They ask you when you check in and even have snacks for early morning departures. It is what it is. Not meant to feel luxurious. It has what you need and is affordable.
