great place to stay. beds were very comfortable which made for a good night's sleep

Everything was great!

Our room was kind of need of new carpet or at least professionally cleaned. Paid $32 for 72 hours of parking but there is plenty of nearby free street parking. Overall a good stay, just wished the room was cleaner.

There is a Mexican restaurant very near the hotel. Doesn't look very inviting, but we thought the food there was excellent, with HUGE portions.

The items in the room need cleaning the carpet, curtains, smell dust, the removal of trash, dirty towels, and did not received clean towels without asking.

Indoor pool was not heated.

Clean, comfortable room with shuttle service to the Denver Airport.

Great Customer Service

I was very happy with my room. I shared the room with 3 other ladies and we were very comfortable. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet. The bed was comfortable and the mini fridge was a bonus. The breakfast included was decent and the mini waffle maker was the best - four perfectly golden brown and crispy mini waffles with butter and syrup - so good!!! I wish I had time for a second helping! The coffee at breakfast was a little watered down but the coffee in the hotel lobby was good. The coffee bar in the lobby also had tea bags and hot chocolate packets, creamers and suggar. The free shuttle to the airport was timely and comfortable. I will definitely stay at this hotel again the next time I visit Denver - a very good value!

The room was spacious and clean and quiet. I liked the breakfast. The make your own waffles was my favorite part of breakfast. Delicious. I would stay at this hotel again. It exceeded my expectations.

I was unable to partake in any of things offered. My room was not what I wanted or needed so I left after 5 minutes

The rooms were clean. Bed was super comfortable. Front desk staff was amazing. Breakfast was great. Overall we had a great outcome.

Worst hotel experience ever! Phone message directions for the airport shuttle were wrong. For some time the pickup had been moved from the west to the east side. Luckily an airport employee told us. Waited over an hr and a half for the shuttle! We were exhausted and needed to use a bathroom but were afraid to leave the location! Called front desk 3 times one excuse after another. Shuttle picks up for 3 hotels!! We arrived at shuttle pick up at 230. Finally in our rooms at 415. No restaurants close by. 2 men in a pickup parked outside my window talking loudly and drinking beer. I called the front desk and she said she'd walk out and take care of it. I watched her and another employee walk right past the truck and the 2 men, they didn't look that way nor did they say anything. They got in their cars and left. The men were startled and put away the beer. One left in the truck the other appeared to go through a side door of the hotel. Possibly an employee? My toilet ran all night. No atm. My friend was told to walk to the gas station to use one. I went to bed exhausted and hungry. I will NEVER stay at a Comfort Suite again!

Appreciated breakfast and the airport shuttle!

The stay was pleasant. The buffet breakfast was good. There is a good Mexican restaurant across the parking lot. The noise level was terrible. From the slamming doors, loud conversations, dogs barking, thankfully all subsiding by 10pm.
