The hotel was clean

Airport shuttle is infrequent. Receptionist was annoyed at simple requests and did not fulfill them. No shampoo. Lights out in room. Pool dingy. Breakfast was best part.

Room was decently clean, we did not receive any service in room, even after we kept asking for it. We were there to many days in my opinion, to not have anyone come in to freshen up

After missing our connecting flight and unexpectedly needing a place to stay for the night, this hotel was a great find. We especially appreciated the convenient airport shuttle, which made an already stressful situation much easier. The room was exactly what we needed for a good night's rest.

Don't know about the property since our plane never made it to DEN until the next morning due to a delay. We were never able to check in and tried to contact the property but they were unhelpful. They transfered us to an AI agent who was unable to answer my question and just kept saying they couldn't find our reservation. It was all very stressful.

Very convenient location

Everything was ok for the night the pool was disgusting but we weren't to here for the pool I suppose

We got there extremely late in the morning after our flight was severely delayed. The desk clerk was extremely easy and quick to get us checked in. Room was clean and breakfast was good the next morning. Can’t ask for much else for what we were needing for the night.

There was an isolated incident where the room next to us had a fire sprinkler come on. Our room had water to flow in under the door, but we asked for and received a very nice room to replace it asap. The lady working at the front desk was very calm and took care of everything very efficiently. The hotel was located pretty close to the airport, which was great as we needed to get there early for a flight. We really appreciated the breakfast to go that we received the next morning, but a small warning. There is a small water bottle in it that you can't take on the airplane.

The hallways were clean and the elevators were clean and roomy

The room was so filthy and run down that we asked for a different one, which was no better. We decided to leave and find a different hotel and will be seeking a refund. There’s no excuse for maintaining a hotel this poorly and expecting people to pay for it.

The room was okay there was some spots in bathroom and room that didn't seem cleaned all the way and was scuffed and old. Staff weren't super friendly especially during check in seemed bothered and just aloof. There was a fire or something a couple doors down and the noise of them dealing with that and the crew effected our sleep for sure. Wish I asked to me moved or a credit or better yet they should have checked with people near the room.

Stayed here on our way to and from an international trip. My kids played in the pool and we ate the breakfast - both were helpful and good. The airport transport was very helpful. We also paid to park our car, which was an affordable option for us.

This was probably one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. The staff at check in were not helpful, and kind of rude. I had no idea I would be charged 21.00 to park in their parking lot. The room smelled old and musty, and was in need of a serious deep clean. Everything I touched felt sticky. The walks were paper thin so we could hear the conversations, crying children, and laughing from the rooms near us. The air conditioning unit was loud and clunky but you needed to run it to help with the smell and to block out the other noises. The only positive part of this trip was the breakfast attendant in the morning. She was helpful, and kept items stocked.

We showed up and the front staff said their internet went out, however these 2 people were extremely rude to everyone who was waiting, and kept ignoring people who wanted to ask questions about eta for check in. I will NEVER stay there again. Please ensure you hire staff who enjoy customer service
