All good

2) Secondly, the yogurt served in breakfast was just served in a large bowl without cover . In this hot summer , the bacteria will grow fast in it which endangers the customer's health. 3) The ac unit in the room is loud that is quite annoying.

Air conditioning wasn't working and it was quite hot and stuffy in the room. No remote control in the room, had to pull the TV plug to turn it off to sleep. Clean property, but someone needs to inspect each rooms to make sure everything is in working order. We had a 24 hour layover in Denver, so was too tired and too late to bring it up to request for room change.

I reserved my room only to find out they sold my reservation to someone else and was sold out. They sent me to another hotel that they promised me a room to only find out it was sold out. The to the money out of my account even though I did not get a room. I spent almost two hours with customer service trying to get a refund. I almost got scammed by these guys.

Super clean, tasty breakfast, quiet rooms. Best airport hotel experience I've had.

Great stay, nice hot breakfast.

Would recommend this hotel, clean, everything you need. Staff very helpful and accommodating, helped having a shuttle to the airport. Close to the rail system.

The restaurant/bar was basically out of everything you ask for. No chicken for sandwiches. No chicken tenders. They feature desserts like lava cake and ice cream, yet don't have any. The bar had a half dozen featured drinks, but couldn't make some due to a lack of basic things like pineapple juice. And the lobby and gym are kept 20° lower than the rest of the property lol. The other thing is parking is $17 a night, which you'd expect in downtown properties, but this is literally surrounded by vacant land. Friendly staff, good property, but obviously, the management is lacking.

I booked this weeks in advance. Showed up to check in and was told they oversold the rooms and sent me to another hotel after 11pm. I had to pay for two rooms at the other hotel because there were no double beds. I’m pissed.

The staff was very helpful, the breakfast amazing, and I love the room. Would definitely stay there again! The only thing is customer service over the phone was a little tough navigating since the agents were not on property.

It is convenient to get to the airport. It is kind of fancy. Good restaurant and spacious room. You have to book shuttle to airport but to come from airport no reservation needed. You pay parking with an app

Close to airport. Bar and restaurant were convenient. Took the shuttle to and from the airport. Nice room.

This hotel was terrible. We had to PAY for PARKING in the parking lot! It was it was $18 a night. We got to the room and the AC unit was rattling like crazy. They accommodated and moved us but it was still incredibly inconvenient. After putting our stuff in the room, we decided let’s go try the place to eat in the hotel cause the menu looks good. We sat in the dining room and no one came to greet us or offer a menu. We were not directed to order at the bar or anything so we had to leave and go get food. In the middle of the night it sounded like fireworks were going off outside and it continued for over an hour so barely any sleep. In the morning, the breakfast bar was packed to the brim with people and most of the food was either gone or not enough left. It was honestly a terrible experience but there are other hotels around the area so please if you’re traveling via airplane pick another hotel if you want some relaxation before your flight.

Like the Hyatt near the SLC Airport, this Hyatt seems to have been intentionally placed in a “services desert”. I walk 5 miles daily on average, so believe me when I tell you that there are no food or convenience store offerings within reasonable walking distance; especially after dark. Pena Station is a dense residential conglomerate. I believe Hyatt is doing this intentionally, to support their in-house food and beverage offerings. Nice place. Derrick the GM, is a wonderful host…but if you stay here, you’re in Hyatt’s ecosystem for the duration.

Apparently if you have a flight delay and mishaps getting to the hotel, and make it there at 1am, they will have canceled your room reservation, resold it and you will be left without a place to stay in Denver after a long day of traveling. Worst experience ever trying to check in! Walked up and they had oversold the hotel, there were 4 other people at the desk they also did it to. This is at 1am. Front desk staff lied and Sent us to another hotel claiming they had rooms , that was also sold out! So I guess lesson learned, stop and call the hotel if you can to tell them you cannot make it before midnight or you will be stuck without a bed!
