Ramada by Wyndham Denver International Airport

The gym is small, equipments are broken, 3 or 4 machines only

We were not given the room we had booked for 6 people. We were given a room that only slept 4. Changed rooms. Then the pullout was broken in second room so could not sleep 6. Changed rooms again. The room smelled like urine and all the pillows on the beds were wet. Front desk gave us new pillows and offered a third room change but it was 11pm and our kids were tired and had already moved all the luggage twice so we just stayed and dealt with the smell.

Not clean but convenient location and quiet

This is an old and tired hotel. It is definitely in need of a refresh. The staff did have it well cleaned. The breakfast lacked variety and was of poor quality. It was running out of food by 8 AM. this hotel did not deserve the 8.3 rating shown in Expedia.

We had no remote for the TV. Unsuccessful in obtaining one. Therefore, no TV. Bedside light did not work. Stains on bed matresses....yuck! Bathroom was clean.

It was bad. Room ordered different than room received. Staff was unhelpful and the place seems like it's going down any second. Especially the elevator. DONT waste your money here!

The property is really raggedy looking and unkempt. The door to the first room I was given was propped open and there was an air purifier running. The lock to the door of the second room was broken. Ibhad to wait over 15 minutes for someone to show back at the desk to get yet another room. The third room was operationally OK but the chair to the desk was torn and taped over and there was a.missing picture from the wall but the hardware was still there.

Pros: Great airport location. Quiet. The bathroom was clean. The front desk check in person was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

No bath mat so tub was slippery They did have rail in the shower Front desk staff courteous

Give the hotel a minor refresh and my rating would be totally different.

The location is perfect. The staff is very friendly. The layout of the rooms is good. All of the amenities and the rooms have seen shinier and better days. Everything was 'fine' but welllllllll used.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice. I booked a room that had a separate area for the bed, but didn't receive it. We were only staying one night, so we decided to make it work. Went to pull out the sofa bed and it was missing the mattress. Had to transfer to a different room that did have one. That sofa bed had crumbs and things under the mattress and the mattress was stained. Overall fine for the 1 night stay though.

Allowed late check-in and closer to airport. As usual beds were not firm We were for two nights, they didn't service the room and room was smelling when we came back after going outside. When asked they said they can give towels and asked me to remove my own trash

Did jot like the maintenance Personnel kind of rude

Convenient to airport and has a shuttle. There is a good restaurant across the street. It was clean. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly. There were little things not maintained - security latch on door broken - loose tile on bathroom floor. It could use more attention to maintenance. Also, the pillows were quite uncomfortable - over stuffed and lumpy.

Clean, spacious rooms; close to the airport and highways; safe location; free parking. We didn't like the breakfast; most of the time, they ran out of food and didn't restock.

Nice staff Outdated, dirty and smelled like smoke.
