Closer to airport Shuttles to airport Morning breakfast

Called the hotel on the 6th July to ask what name is on the shuttle as had waited close to an hr, lady went on to tell me which door to exit and island to get bus, which I told her I’d been waiting for close to an hr and repeated my question what name is on the bus she eventually told me.

The building is quite ran down. Poor paint jobs, and elevator was a bit scary. The break bar had sugar ants at it.

The room is simple and basic, but very well designed. The bed is very comfortable, and the climate control is very responsive. There are plenty of power outlets and a nice place to place two suitcases next to the window. We appreciated the simple breakfast, which was quite satisfactory, and the shuttle service to the airport. The staff are competent and very pleasant. If you are just looking for a basic place to sleep, this is perfect and well worth the price.

the king size bed was comfortable, walk in shower was appreciated and clean, hot water was great, pillows were tiny though, glad i brought my own, shuttle was great

Everything was really good with hotel; clean, safe, friendly staff, nice breakfast. The only exception was catching the shuttle to the hotel. It was late, very crowded and shuttles filled quickly.

The shuttle to the airport was great, coming back not so much. Only runs once an hour, so getting in at 935pm we would have had to wait an hour at the airport…took an uber. But the biggest issue was false advertising…either from the hotel or Expedia. Long term parking was advertised at 6$ a day, only reason I chose the hotel. When parking, found out the day rate was $10 a day. Big difference.

Fast trip into town, this location was central to many of the areas and people we were looking to be visiting. Very nice location, friendly helpful staff. While a busy airport centered location it was quiet and perfect for our stop. The breakfast area was well stocked and clean. The room was very clean and neat.

The complimentary breakfast is bad. No options to eat.

Overall okay. Friendly staff, comfortable bed. Bathroom is lacking though. There was no space in the shower to hold anything, no counter space on the vanity and no bars/hooks/towel holders other than one bar on the shower door and one hook on the back of the door. Plenty of unused space where these could have been mounted.Extra $10 cost for parking through a third party vendor but they do have airport shuttle. Two waffle makers and other breads at breakfast, no eggs or meat.

Mixed bag at Microtel - room was small but ok breakfast was average, lots of maintenance issues in room and around property.

YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR PARKING...something you need to know before you arrive

Overall, good stay toilet kept running off and on all night.

I was charged $10.95 to park my vehicle in their parking lot for the night. Ridiculous! Bed was not comfortable, they had 4 pillows the size of a throw pillow for your head, you turned over and your head was off the pillow. Would avoid staying here.
