Laundry was offsite, pegs for hanging clothes were missing, parking wasn’t free, breakfast had few good options, staff was great, pets cost extra, fixed the pegs myself because maintenance was offsite

The staff were friendly but the room was alright. Not the cleanest and we kept finding bugs and spiders in the shower! The side doors were constantly propped with people smoking, so not much security. We only used it for sleeping but wouldn't stay agin.

Nice place to stay. Staff was nice and the shuttle for the airport was on time

This was a great hotel to stay in, as it was close to the airport and there was a shuttle from the hotel to the airport and airport to hotel. The room was comfortable, the towels plush as were the pillows. The staff was helpful, the rooms clean, and breakfast was enjoyable. I would stay here again when in Denver.

My little stay was very good

I have used this motel several times in the past and have found it convenient; however, after making a reservation this time, I was told UPON CHECKIN that I needed to pay for overnight parking even though I was staying there overnight! This charge was not mentioned on hotels.com and was a complete surprise. I can understand if you leave your car parked there while on a trip but not when you are actually staying in the hotel itself. Transparency is important and this extra charge was uncalled for.

Should improve

Convenient to the Denver Airport with shuttle service, breakfast, comfortable rooms with fridge & microwave. The staff was good too.

It was convenient to the airport only in that they had an efficient and friendly shuttle service because the hotels are not within any acceptable walking distance from the airport. There was a fairly adequate diner with a wide selection of food choices within a block of the hotel which was a plus. Situated in a fairly treeless desert looking commercial area. It would not have been comfortable to stay more than a night because the room was spartan and no place to go without a car.

Overall nice hotel, the rooms are a little smaller than I thought though

PAYING FOR PARKING

No complaints

The room was clean, although a bit worn. I stayed one night and kept my rental car for the night so I could avoid taking a shuttle to the airport, then a shuttle to the hotel, then a shuttle back to the airport in the morning. I was surprised to be charged $11 to park my car for the night. Worse, I was supposed to scan a QR code to pay, which wouldn't work because there is no cell service there. I then was asked to sign into the hotel wifi to get onto the internet to pay, which started to work and then froze. The front desk employee finally had to put it in manually when it became clear that charging me this $11 was holding up a whole line of people. Not sure why we didn't start with that, as I was right there and checking in. I was told that people had been leaving their cars at the hotel for their whole trip, which I understand, but I think that parking should be part of the room rate for the night/nights you actually stay in the hotel. The staff member that checked me in was not rude, but clearly was tired of addressing questions about why there was an $11 per night charge for parking, with no easy way to pay. I had no advance warning of this charge either. The bed was comfortable and the room fairly quiet. The hotel was very conveniently located to both a gas station and the airport. Not a terrible experience, but not a great one.
