    I liked the clean room and very comfortable bed. Breakfast was the usual fare for that class of hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Two things I did not like- pay to park every night where as some other hotels in area did not charge and mostly I had to pay for WiFi! So I did not sign up for it. So will not stay in Hampton inn again. I want my WiFi for free.

    The room was clean, but the common areas (hallway’s & elevator)are in need of cleaning & refurbishment. Room telephone was disconnected & couldn’t be put in service immediately, making wake up call impossible.

    I've stayed at Hampton's all over the country for many many years and this one is on par with the rest, however I have never had to pay for parking at a Hampton Inn prior to this one. It's not like this is in the middle of the city where parking would be at a premium, it has plenty of room and a normal parking lot like all the others. So plan to spend an additional $12/day on top of your room rate for the "privilege" to be able to park at the hotel your already paying to stay in. Simply ridiculous to me!!

    Clean and comfortable. Used the shuttle service for the first time. Truly appreciate this service and the kind driver. Love all the extra hooks in the bathroom and room. We did use the pool and gym. Stayed 2 nights. Will stay again.

    The personnel at this hotel go above and beyond. They successfully navigated us to the airport shuttle over the phone when we were lost, and they provided breakfast goodie bags for our early departure before 6:00 AM. While the property is undergoing renovations and has a faint leftover smell, our room on the 1st floor was completely ready, spotless, and felt brand new. As a bonus, the diner right next door serves delicious meals. This will be a great location once construction wraps up shortly. We will be back.

    Very clean and comfortable stay. Staff was helpful. Shuttle to DIA was on time, unfortunately too early a departure to have breakfast which opens at 6 am, had a 515 am shuttle. Overall, very pleasant overnighter.

    I LOVE the renovations. The furnishings are quite thoughtful in how useful they will be for guests. The solid floor material in the rooms is great!!! The front desk staff was so helpful with our late arrival. Never disappointed by Hampton Inn.

    Check in staff was friendly and helpful. we got in late so we bought frozen food and microwaved it for a quick meal which was helpful. Mattress was very comfortable. Took a while to get warm water in the shower but it was late so it was understandable. Shuttle service was very helpful and friendly. See above.

    So, if you will have a car there, be sure to tell the staff at check in. The reason I gave 4/5 for amenities is that the well equipped workout room was closed for renovation. Otherwise, it was a usual wonderful Hampton Inn, and it served our purposes well. There is a wide variety of restaurants and gas stations nearby. It is a 10 minute drive to the car rental return.

    Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The property was under construction during my visit, and many of the advertised amenities were unavailable. Additionally, the room walls were extremely thin, making it easy to hear conversations from neighboring rooms. I understand renovations are sometimes necessary, but guests should be informed in advance and accommodations should be made to minimize the inconvenience.

    What I did not like was the attitude of the front desk. I stay at Hampton Inn if I can; and my recent experiences at the Hampton Inns at Colorado Springs and West Lafayette IN were excellent. But the front desk at the Denver Airport Hampton Inn were neither courteous nor welcoming when we checked in on the evening of 6/21/26.They could not even say Hello! We were not told as how to pay for the parking. We scanned the QR code in the parking lot. When we checked out on 6/22/26, the lady at the front desk said that we should not have scanned the QR code. She was very friendly and warm. What I notice is that the Hampton Inns are not consistent in how they treat their guests. I will think about this before I make a booking at another Hampton Inn

    Room was clean, staff were very friendly and helpful with providing a late checkout (have your Hilton Honors number ready to share). You don’t have to call them to get the shuttle from the airport, they run every half hour. I can’t say anything about the breakfast because we always go to the Moonlight diner that is 100 feet from the front door of the hotel, but it looked popular I saw birthday cake waffle makers and batter, which I may have to try next time.
