Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center

I liked the spacious feel though I didn’t feel there was the staff to accommodate such a large facility. The first time in over 20 years that I did not feel my Elite Titanium status!

Would have given more stars but the beds are super uncomfortable.

Fun hotel for families with little ones. This is a massive hotel that has a lot to choose from.

Loved this place! The pool and lazy river were amazing

Clean room, the pools were busy but we went in the summer.

The hotel staff is warm and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The minigolf area was disappointing and not well maintained. We expected more given the price of the hotel. However, we would stay there again.

Family loved it all

Great stay for the family. I have three boys (2,3,8). The resort is a perfect place for this age group. Everything you need is available here and the pool areas keep the family busy. Food is great too. Rooms were also clean and comfortable.

Beautiful family friendly resort.

Very much enjoyed our short trip at the water and pool area. The kids loved it and no worries, cause they have life jackets for all ages. Beautiful resort/hotel.

There is nothing bad about this resort. Ten Golden Stars! From the moment you arrive, the front desk, the staff, the restaurants, everything was welcoming and impeccable. The one and only downside is that when you leave, there are only so many chocolate chip cookies you can stuff in your carry on. If you stay here…you have got to get the cookies at the bar. By far amongst the best cookies anywhere!

Best resort I'm ever been to.

It was such a beautiful resort with a friendly attentive staff

Many restaurants to accomodate the number of people. Did not have to wait for a table any evening! Staff is kind and smiles but any complaint is responded with the corporate script. Nothing is done: room refrigerator not working, 2 boys outside hunting the wild rabbits on the property in order to “capture it to hold it!” Security never showed or contacted me.Lifeguards are “kids” hanging onto their Ellis Guard floaty and absolutely useless. There is an entire pool area with many water amenities and snack bar for children. However you will see them running around without adult supervision. There will be found In the Lazy River jumping, kicking, splashing, touching people on body parts under the water, soakers, and no parent insite. Lazy River occluded by back up of adults holding onto multiple single and double tubes blocking further movement forward in the “river”. Property is definitely a niche for parents to pay the bill and feral children can do as they please.Could be a very nice convention center and family facility.

Plenty of places to eat and lots of activities. Had stayed here before and would return.

Beautiful Resort. Has everything you need, water park, mini golf, basketball, restaurants.
