Very convenient location for Austin

It's not a very classy motel. The room has tile floors and it was clean. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were horrible. Take your own if you go. I did use the pool once. It was clean but the pool walk around was dirty. Old unusable chairs and a table was all the furniture out there. You also sign in thru a window, you can't go in. I probably wouldn't go back.

When i got to the counter and yet it was outside from a small window with a personnel that doesn't speak to well English and loud it was hard to get a good conversation. I had a lot of paperwork to sign off even though i was registered. The room was disgusting, floor sticky, AC turned on at 85 degrees, hair in the sink, outlets burnt out (safety issue), shelving dusting and sticky, bed sheets and comforter with thousands of cigarette holes, the whole room smelled like cigarette smoke and could not get rid of it. When i checked out in a timely manner i could not because i was somehow in a change of shift they absolutely didn't care for the customer first. I also got charged more than the signed contract i sign with them, very disappointed. It is definitely not family safe, i would not go back at it again.

Nothing Paid for room and did not get what I paid for

I didn't stay at this nasty roach motel the police were there as soon as I pulled in there were homeless people all over the place the staff was rude and then I couldn't didn't feel safe enough to stay there and had to find another place to stay and then they charge my card I want my money back!!!!

Nothing Everything

The bed was very hard and the AC was very loud and did not cool the room very well. The amenities were non-existent, and they only had smoking rooms available.

For the price, the room was great. It was clean and they provided towels. Tile floor, stone tile shower, air conditioning, two tables and chairs, hotel phone. No fridge or microwave, or shampoo provided but, again, for the price you shouldn’t expect those extras

Nothing to like The bathroom was dirty, the towels were old worn out and dingy and should Never be put out for someone to use. There were 2 of us and only 1 washcloth, asked for an additional 1 and they couldn't provide also asked for a hand towel they had none. It's a pretty disgusting place and we didn't feel comfortable enough to stay so we checked out.

It was terrible. Rude customer service and the office lobby was locked all day. You had to only talk through a tiny window. The pillows are awful and we literally found a bullet on the floor in the room. Very sketch.

Convenience Nothing

Just a good place to come in lay down and leave, no microwave or refrigerator in most rooms

The sheets on the bed were nasty. The front desk said that they change them every 6 days. Just nasty. The one on my bed looked like two people had just finished doing their thing on them. Stained. They took a towel, threw it on the floor, poured some floor cleaner on it and rubbed the floor and went out the door. The room has an order to it. I will not be going back!!!!

The staff was terrible

They should have axcess oi the key for towels and soap bar at night as well.

Clean room

Bed and linens should be replaced.

This is the best place. I’ve stayed in in a while.

Just depends on the room you stay in. Not bad
