Just depends on the room you stay in. Not bad

Room was clean bed was comfortable plenty of hot water. AC worked fine. Good tv. Swimming pool looked ok. No in-room refrigerator or microwave. Doesn't appear to have ice machine. Exterior of building looks old and dirty.

For 45 $ a night in the city of austin best your gonna find for miles around

The outside looks tough but the room was clean. Just a bed, tv shower with small unadjustsble water saving shower head. Old but ok. A couple old small clean towels, pillows were all lumpy. For the price was a place to sleep. Lighting not so good. Had to pay $10 for remote deposit not refunded yet but claims after 57 days will be refunded. Was cheap room but don’t expect coffee, ice or anything special.. air conditioning worked just had to adjust.

Just a messed up wifi tried to see streaming video or just regular local TV stations. Might as well not have or advertise wifi.
