Quite and cozy Bathroom toilet leaked every time it was flushed

Nothing We told the front desk our fridge didn't work for my sons milk and her response was that the rooms come like that. We told her about how our toilet was dirty when we checked and and her response was the rooms come like that. Her response to everything was that the rooms come like that. Never again will I stay at that hotel. Please stay away it's horrible there. Not worth it.

Absolutely nothing. When we arrived, the Staff was lazy and don't care about the customer at all. After that the Staff took very long time to check us in. So, we checked into the hotel, and we settled in. We noticed the hotel was dirty bed bugs were very to be found. Not clean at all. So, we decided to notify the staff, and as we were going to the office, we noticed our car was damaged. A brand new 2024 car was damaged. So, we told the staff about all the things going on, and the staff didn't even care at all. not even apologizing that the hotel is not safe to stay at. We tried to get video recording from staff and their video was so poor quality that you can't even see anything on it. and we said to the staff that we don't want to stay, and they didn't even care to offer a refund. PLEASE BE CAREFUL. THIS HOTEL IS DANGEROUS TO STAY. There are so many illegal activities going on and the staff don't care.

The floors were nice and the outside was well lit This motel was not as advertised. The 2 “queen” beds were twins and there was mold on the AC vents. I could not stop sneezing upon entering the room and could not stay here. I was there for a total of 15 minutes. Could not even get a partial refund.
