I didn’t stay after all, the room hadn’t even been cleaned. I told the front desk clerk to cancel my reservation and I was going somewhere else.

My stay was great didn't have any issues to report staff that I met had a great customer service and I was treated very well would stay again ⁰

Room was clean needs a comfortable recliner in the room Internet was stagnant no curtains on the windows asked for roll in shower didn’t get it . Hundred dollar deposit wasn’t mentioned in ad

This place was awful. At the front, I could barely hear the guy talking. He took about 10 minutes to come to front. Everything smelled like smoke. They charged a deposit 3 times said it would be returned and haven’t.

I didn't like the fact that I was not told about the $100 deposit for the reservation, wasn't expecting that extra cost. It was actually $200 because I made 2 different reservations and the $200 will not get into my account after at least 8 days. Very frustrating..

Smelled clean. Arrived to check in. Staffing unable to get into check in system. Many ppl waiting in lobby. Took over 45min just to get to reception. Upon ready to pay and check in, there was a hidden 100 dollar deposit. Due to that ended up not being able to saty, getting in an argument with partner over how long it took, and no refunds.

There were little pieces of trash in the hall and the elevator and the smell of the places in no good Nothing at all never come back here again and never going to recommend it

I was not what I specting since the pictures on Google when I was looking for a hotel , the pictures looks beautiful but in real life wow total difrent There were little pieces of trash in the hall and the elevator and the smell of the places in no good Nothing at all never come back here again and never going to recommend it

Staff took pride in their work. It was super hot out and the air conditioner worked great! I had 2 different rooms. One had a problem with the tub and maintenance checked on it before we ever put water in it. Guy was super nice and there was a crack in the tub! Good thing we saw it and the folks below us didn’t get a surprise shower lol Stayed over a month in 1 room. No problems and was very convenient and comfortable waiting for our place to be ready.
