they didn’t have breakfast the room was missing a light the tv didn’t work only gave Us one roller paper roll something was biting me on the beds

Room was clean and well made, and everything in the room worked well. However, they only had 1 warm blanket for a room with two double beds. Additionally, the hotel advertised free continental breakfast, but there was no breakfast available in the morning. There was black coffee and plain toast. The staff did not make anyone aware of the lack of breakfast, neither at check in, nor with any other form of communication.

The comfy bed Walls were peeling there was pubic hair in the bathroom tv didn’t work there were black spots under the mattress asked staff multiple times for five days for some clean towels they kept saying they would but never did.

The worst hotel I have ever been, dirty and loud.

Nothing at all. It was disgustingly, nasty mold in the walls mold on the shower, curtains, roaches, broken bed frames in box springs walls, crumbling, baseboards falling apart. High traffic in & out of rooms,loud occupants. High drug activity. Felt unsafe
