Courtyard by Marriott Austin-University Area

Worst hotel in Austin area, don’t book this one, i booked 2 bed queen room and this hotel management was trying to give one queen, on top of that the dirties room ever i have seen. i was there with 2 kids at late evening and it was like no issues for the management.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and had a good view.

I had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed my experience. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and I would definitely stay here again.

Check in to checkout was great, beds were comfortable, would stay again.

The hotel is well located for visiting Austin and offers free parking. The property is a little run down and needs maintenance. The front desk staff could be more helpful and friendly. A fair place to stay for the cost.

I booked with a third party and wanted to extend and she said she couldn’t and I would have to call third party Did not offer me ability for a new reservation but attendant took a while to understand I wanted a new reservation.

There were stains on my wall near the entrance in the bedroom and the shower curtain was filled with hole (room 326)

It was a great stay and would recommend to others.

We booked a multi bed suite but upon arrival we were issued a 1 king bed suite. The suite bedroom was nice and clean but we really need 2 queen beds. All they had available was a regular multi bed room which we took. It was a clean and nice but it was a a shame that we did not get the room we paid for.

The hotel is located in a safe, well-maintained area, which made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The property was clean, well-kept, and provided a great overall experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service, convenience, and peace of mind during their stay. I will definitely be returning!

Amazing and understanding staff. The room was super clean and cold with makeup wipess. there was water damage through the halls but nothing serious.

Very convenient location. Facility looked rundown. Worn out carpets, drab paint, old mattresses.

The kitchen was closed. We had NO hot water!!!
