Love this hotel since the remodel

Good place to stop on your way to someplace else.

A good place to stay as you travel thru the city on the way to someplace else.room was clean ,good air conditioner, minimal staff interaction. IHOP next door always good!!!

The water (shower) doesn't get hot enough. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay 😉

Better pillow because the bed had my whole body hurting and the pillows had my neck and head hurting

The location I needed a first floor room since I have a foot injury and it was difficult to climb the stairs with my luggage.

The room was done in a Scandinavian minimalist style with double beds, a desk, chair, mini fridge, microwave and night stand. All white walls and linen. I appreciated the clean and clear decor with vinyl flooring and no carpet anywhere. There were plenty of towels and mini hygiene packets of soap and lotion. I would recommend a fabric softener for the towels. The bed was comfortable with multiple pillows. My two complaints were the grab-n-go breakfast was a granola bar, packaged muffins, and an orange drink like Juicy Juice, which wasn’t healthy, but it was handy. The other complaint was that I saw multiple small roaches, which means there were a lot more on property. It was next to an I-HOP and short walk to some fast food places like Wendy’s and Panda Express and the Metro Bus System. Mr Paul and the young lady at the front desk were friendly. The lobby and parking lot were clean. I didn’t like the breakfast. I saw some small roaches in the room.

Nothing Location, doors had to slam just to close, doors didn’t seal, ac was half broken. I checked out 2 days early and still ended up paying for the two days anyway because after checking out at the front desk, they apparently forgot to write anything down.

Friendly service and the room was clean. The bed sheets had a little makeup stain.

I liked how the property was convenient and it was right next to a lot of the things and not too far from downtown even though there was like traffic going into downtown it was pretty close What I didn’t like about the property was the bedsheets. They were super thin, but they were comfortable enough to sleep in and then there was this aroma of weed from somebody from the outside and it kind of seeped into my room. It didn’t last the whole night, but there was a residue of it.

The AC was cold enough for the hot days outside.

Clean and close to where we needed to be. Bed was uncomfortable and VERY noisy.

The lady in front desk behaved in a racially discriminatory way.

I felt like the water was a bit soapy.

Channels on TV Birds pooped on car

Don’t let the “free breakfast” sway your decision because they only give out granola bars and pre packaged muffins. I was honestly pleasantly surprised with the hotel itself for the value. Next to an iHop and gas station so that’s also super convenient.

Near bus stop and the store. Staff kept the property clean outside and around. The breakfast was a sac bag.
