I made a last-minute booking and had a great experience! The morning front desk staff provided excellent customer service and made the process smooth and stress-free. Any questions I had were answered quickly and efficiently, and everyone was very helpful and welcoming. I truly appreciated the great service!

Overall for the price it was good. Spot is perfect. Parking is okay except I parked under the tree and bird poop all over my vehicle lol... ac in room works great. Don't forget your shampoo, conditioner and bodywash, hotel is still not up to date on having complimentary products. Would recommend for overnight stay.

Cheap, had reasonable amenities for the price Strange stains on the wall and bedding. Staff was rude.

The front desk rep was professional and courteous. The deposit was promptly reversed and was back on my debit card the day following check-out. The room only appeared to be clean. The sheets may have been changed but the floor clearly had not been swept. The walls were disgusting. There was a layer grime and stains covering the walls in the bathroom. The tub appeared to be rotting so a make shift patch was covering the bad spot but it did not completely cover it. There was a wood roach and german cockroaches. I can only hope I didn't carry one of those german roaches home. I kept our bags zipped up, hopefully preventing them from climbing in and hitching a ride.

Great location for getting around Austin. Towels seem scarce and we had to go to the office 3 times because the key wouldn't work. They finally decided to move us to a different room after the lady at the front desk argued with someone about it on the phone.

At the time of booking it was mentioned that the price includes breakfast, but the hotel doesn't serve breakfast at all.
