Meeting room was warm most days
-
The staff were so nice and helpful. My family and I were sad that the pool was dirty and we were not able to swim which is one of the reasons we booked here.

Carpet in room needs changing. It's so dated that i can't tell if it's clean or dirty. AC plugs need replacement as they are loose. There's a rip in the blackout curtain, letting light in. The furniture is in good shape, and very comfy. The bathroom is clean, and very well stocked. Freeze is quiet and AC is working very well. Noise is very low on the 9th floor, and elevator is fast. Too bad the garbage truck has to come in at 5 ish and making a lot of noise. I ask for a late checkout and they happily assist me with that. Staff is very friendly, at the front desk. It's good to have security patrol everywhere

The pillows seemed have had better days, weeks or even months...not a good experience.

Good
-
The stay was fine, beds too firm and pillows too soft. Overall can't complain

We walked in at 9pm after the hotel we'd made reservations at was not as advertised. They found us a handicapped room immediately. Comfy bed, terrific breakfast (it's $12.95 on site, so don't buy it with your room, it's $20 that way). The pool was a perfect setting, off the main road so it was private.

The hotel was 100% not to mention we felt safe due to security outside. Will definitely visit again
-
Clean, good food and amenities.

. Water damage in the bathroom. The bed had white spots along the edge. The carpet wasn’t clean and the balcony wasn’t either. There was a smell when we walked in. Only good thing was the front desk lady understood
-
Very nice front desk guy
-
Dated property. Could use some upgrades but large room for the price and loved balcony
-
Mold in the rooms. AC was not cooling, room was muggy. Had to call front to get a different room in the middle of the night as it was so uncomfortable to sleep.
-
It needs updating
-
It was clean and in a very convenient location
-
Nice hotel, rooms can stand to have some minor maintenance issues addressed. But overall good location and the price point was good!!
-
Great stay
-
The stay was for 2 nights. I have no complaints at all. Rooms were Excellent, very roomy, and a balcony to enjoy the view.
-
Everything all around second time staying here

The hotel is outdated seems like an old building, our toilet kept leaking water. Clean rooms, cleaning crew stole my towel :/ other than that not a bad place for the price
