Pool and hot tub was good. Reception was nice. Breakfast was delicious. Elevators were problematic. Room cleanliness was poor ( hair found in bathroom. Yellow stain and hair found on clean towels. Bathroom needs remodeling. Staff was pleasant and kind.

Everything was great except didn't like the fact we have to pay for thr parking but Everything else was great.

Everything in this hotel was absolutely perfect. The only thing I didn’t like I could not temperature in my suite. It was entirely too cold the entire time I was there, but that’s OK. Everything else was perfect.

The room was clean and comfortable. The faucet water had a dirt odor to which is also used for the breakfast for the Oatmeal which had a funky taste. Overall breakfast was good and place was quiet.

We had an overall great stay here, we were served by Mark when we checked in who graciously upgraded our room and didn’t charge us for parking which was very kind. The room was great, it was very spacious and the water pressure was amazing. There are a few broken tiles in the shower that need dealing with, and the pillows on the bed are too small almost more like couch cushion size rather than an appropriate size for a bed. Otherwise our stay was excellent and the complimentary happy hour was a great touch.

Always a nice stay. I do wish they would change up their breakfast. A waffle maker along with biscuits and gravy would be great additions!

I had an accessible room but it had a 24inch door between the rooms and in the bathroom which clearly was not wide enough for my electric wheelchair so I had to live it in the entrance room and could not move around. The rest of the stay was extremely comfortable.

The exterior and interior were outdated; however, the room was clean, quite and spacious. The staff was very responsive to requests. The breakfast was excellent; plenty of seats, great selection of food stuffs and the egg station was the highlight. I was disappointed with the $22 a night outdoor parking charge.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean. Pool area was a bit unkept. But overall great experience! Will definitely book again.

Breakfast was perfect! Love how the complimentary drinks are given! Big bonus! I wasn’t A fan of the fee of parking,overall ..everything was good! Facility is nice and so comforting! Love the atmosphere. Rooms are excellent!

Everything was nice. Clean rooms and very spacious. Breakfast was a plus. Only suggestion for the hotel would be more handicapped parking spaces.
