citizenM Austin Downtown

I had a wonderful stay! The hotel was beautiful, modern, and felt brand new. I especially loved the self-check-in and check-out process, which made everything so easy and convenient. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I would happily stay here again!

The hotel charged $70 extra, saying it was taxes and a booking fee. It was not on the invoice. Now they are saying it was a late check out charge. That was totally not true, especially since they charged it the night before. The free breakfast that was advertised was not available.

If you are over the age of 40, do not stay here! This place caters to young people. No greeting at check-in, tiny room, no coffee maker in the room but did have a refrigerator!? A cacophony of lights that would not turn off. But was clean, quiet and the bed was comfortable.

This is as such a gem of a find! Our room was tiny but incredibly comfortable - the bed was perfect, soft clean bedding and the room was completely dark for sleeping (I haven’t slept so well in a long time). The common areas were incredible - so cosy and welcoming and eclectic. The staff were super friendly. Genuinely, the perfect place from which to explore Austin! The rooms are very tight.

The venue was wonderful, and the room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. Everything about my stay was enjoyable, and I really loved the overall experience. I would definitely stay here again and recommend citizenM Austin Downtown to anyone visiting Austin! ❤️

Modern and clean facilities in a great location in downtown Austin. Rooms are much smaller than advertised. Very tiny bathroom that is barely separate from the rest of the room / sleeping area. Very expensive for what you get.

The vibe of CitizenM is more adult friendly especially with the rooftop pool and bar. Definitely a great place to stay for an adult getaway.
