I loved everything about this place! The location was great, and there were plenty of activities to do. The staff was very friendly, and the overall atmosphere was amazing. The price was really good for the quality you get. The kitchen was clean and well-equipped, and everything was well maintained. I especially loved the environment because it was very easy to meet people and make friends. I definitely recommend this place, especially if you’re traveling solo. It’s a great place to stay, meet new people, and have a good time! The only thing I didn’t really like was that there were some homeless people outside the property. However, they were respectful and never bothered me.

Very affordable especially if you need a quick overnighter. Comfort level depends on what other guests are booked for the same night. Some nights are very quiet, others noisier.

Wonderful stay as always. The bunk with the individual fans, curtains, and outlets is great. Noise, but that is part of being in the middle of the exciting of downtown Austin

This hostel is really comfortable. It has all the kitchen utensils, the beds are comfortable (you can sit up in a bottom bed), and the location is fantastic. The fridge could be bigger.

Excellent location. Noisy, but I had expected that, and it is clearly advertised that it is above a bar. There are ear plugs available from reception. Bin in my room could have been changed a little more frequently and bathroom floor mopped a little more frequently.

This place is extremely well run. It’s clean. The showers are nice and the rooms have excellent air-conditioning. I’ve stayed here several times, and it’s much nicer than the budget motels down the street. If you’re a solar traveler, I highly recommend staying here.
