Great staff, restaurant was delicious, but the best thing about Tommie is the roof top pool with bar. I really enjoyed staying here and it’s perfectly located near 6th street and other sites.

What a cute little place to stay for a quick getaway. The location was perfect…a half a block off 6th Street and a couple of blocks from Congress Avenue. The rooftop bar had a great vibe.

Just an amazing place to stay in Downtown Austin. Everyone was so nice, property was first rate. Just felt like a home away in Austin…

Everything else was the same The cleaners The amenities The pool Everything the same. Only different is when you come out the elevator on ur floor you either go to the left side of rooms or right side of rooms. The actual building is one hotel. Super clean , super nice. Literally the best location I walked to everything , and sometimes I scootered because it was fun. When I got lazy I took Ubers but the Ubers weren’t even over 10 min drives anywhere.

I would definitely recommend this hotel it has a resort style hotel with everything you need. The coffee shop -roof top pool and bar was so nice & chic.

Valet parking was expensive ($63–$69 per night), and we waited nearly an hour for our car one day, even though the garage is next to the hotel. Overall, it’s a nice property, but the experience didn’t justify the cost.

The hotel is very centrally located, very clean and quiet considering the proximity to “Dirty 6th”. The in-room fridge is very small and cannot accommodate a large water bottle, the room is generally small lacking places to place/store items. Suggest bringing an extension cord in order to plug in phones/electronics. No ice machine on the floor but will deliver to your room. No big frilly rooms but works and has comfortable bed. The pool/lounge area is nice.

It was a great room for solo traveler like myself or a couple it was close in walking distance to everything I love it a lot it was a great choice

A room on the Tommie side is kind of small for two people but that’s legitimately my only complaint. Also, since I’m active duty military I was able to receive free Valet parking for my time there. I really appreciated that and all of the amenities they offered were great. The next time I stay there I’ll stay on the Thompson side but all in all I really enjoyed my experience there.
