Property is a true four star hotel. Service is not great- a crib was requested prior to check-in and we did not get one at all for our stay. In addition, room service took a long time. Front desk and concierge was nice. The hotel is well situated downtown.

Passable

The hotel has a terrible smell upon entrance. Some may be ok with that, however this is a luxury hotel. It should have a luxury ambience. The other part is that the Tommie hotel also connects to it, so you should just book there for half the co. It’s literally the same lobby, bars, pool, etc. You can really just stay there for half the cost, the Thomas was not worth the money overall a 3 star experience

FRONT DESK CHILDREN ARE RUDE PLEASE MAKE SURE U DO NOT ASK THEM ANY QUESTIONS OVER NIGHT THEY WILL BE “PRIVILEGED” AND NOT ACCOMMODATE EVEN THE YOUNGER GUESTS. YES I HAD A LOT OF GUESTS BUT IT IS YOUR OCCUPATION.

The staff were amazing. The valet even helped us get and set up the uber app that we had never used. Check in was prompt and easy. The room was very clean and the bed was great. The bathroom area lighting was not as bright as I would prefer, likely due to the black decor. I was disappointed that the only in room coffee option was Nespresso, not a fan so I had to leave the room to get coffee from the coffee shop. The lack of a microwave was also disappointing.

Love it, from Valet to front desk to Upstairs, all good absolutely love it
