Fine hotel in middle of downtown. Walk to everything. Staff professional and helpful. Bar and restaurant scene vibrant during evenings. Rooftop bar with excellent views. Rooftop "pool" is more of a decoration, not a place to swim. Beds and linens comfortable. Room temp control quiet and consistent.

Rooftop pool bar very relaxed area friendly staff, and the hotel is a great location just a couple of minutes to 6th street. Parking was a bit chaotic, there is a valet service but as we arrived at a busy time we have to do a lap of the block.

The hotel added an additional package that was not included in the original reservation and not explained at check in. The manager was able to correct at check out.

I was not disappointed with stay, but was disappointed with checkout. I was charged destination fee of $25/day that I was NOT told about or anything explained to me

Love this place. Better than most Westins, and that is saying something because they are all great!

The parking/valet a bit disastrous with all the construction and it was extremely noisy due to location. Other than that was fine.

Restaurant is a great place to meet people and had a good menu. Hit the fresh oyster bar, super tasty ! The rooftop pool was a cool place to hang and socialize or to just relax and have some solitude. The gym was good enough to get a good daily workout in. very friendly and accommodating staff. Definitely staying there again !

We liked The Azul Rooftop Bar. The swimming pool was nice, but we would have expected a larger pool with more seating around the pool. However, the scenic views of downtown Austin were striking. It was even more beautiful at night.
