The hotel rooms needs a major upgrade - soiled carpets to stained furnitures!

Hotel was very clean and comfortable, staff was super friendly and helpful, and the location was everything! Easy walking distance to 6th St and Congress. The fam and I truly enjoyed our 4th of July stay there.

Well appointed room and good hotel facilities. Centrally located too - walking distance to lots of restaurants and bars Parking very expensive. Pool bar unmanned midweek. Menu not very varied either

Was advised the card on file was ONLY for a damage deposit - when I got home, I was charged around 120$ for a travel fee - which would have been fine BUT I confirmed twice on if the card on file would be charged at all and was assured it would NOT be.

The pool area on the roof is small, but really fun! The servers that work there are all incredibly nice and helpful. We had a great stay here!

The breakfast menu and food was excellent, we ate breakfast both days. The room was clean. The staff very friendly and helpful. The way to get to pool is a bit different but nothing out of the ordinary.

We enjoyed the location...bartender Seth was very nice 18th floor had a really weird smell. Left stuffy and congested. Wife and I both had breathing issues. Price for room was unfortunately not worth it. I would definitely stay somewhere else after these issues. We also had to wait over 45 minutes after check in time to get into our room. Once we got up to our room and staff said it was done, we still had a maid in our room for 10 minutes trying to finish up. When we left room over few days we would automatically be able to breath better but on return be ome congested and irritated again from hotel

Best hotel, definitely recommend it to anyone!!

Very hard to take a shower. Hotel’s install water saving devices that reduce the water pressure and then keep body washes that have a moisturizer. You can never get enough water to feel clean. Standing under a running shower for minutes to get the soap off does not save water!!!
