The Omni in Austin TX is beautiful! Well taken care of great location and my room was very clean and nice. Will stay here again. Staff was so kind and polite which sadly is harder and harder to find now a days. Great job Omni!!

The beds did not have fitted sheets, the pillows were very uncomfortable, the lounge on 14 was warm (temperature) & not available for long. Everything else including the staff was great but these things were not.

The hotel was great. The staff were extremely helpful and kind! Everyone had smile on their faces!

I am NOT happy that our rooms did not get cleaned. After a very long day of being gone, all I wanted was a shower and go to sleep. But we had NO clean towels. Very disappointing.
