The staff was very friendly and the room was lovely.

It was small and cozy but it was still decent for the price. Walking distance from many things.

The property was fantastic! It was conveniently located near everything. It was perfect for a run along the nearby trail. The 29th-floor view of the capital was breathtaking. And the rooms were great. Although the check-in took a bit longer than anticipated, the staffs attentive service made up for it.

Unfortunately, my husband and I had a terrible experience. The room was extremely small even for one person let alone for two people staying in the room. There was no space on the floor for me to even open up luggage in full without it hitting furniture or the wall. The toilet stopped flushing a couple of times. At night, although you can her the AC going, it was not cooling. I woke up in the middle of the night in sweat. We made it one out of the two nights that we planned to stay there, and checked out by 6:00 am to stay somewhere else. The staff was nice helpful but the room experience was the worst I’ve ever had, and I’ve stayed at other Hyatt properties before without issues.

This hotel is located in a good area but its VERY tiny. Also the AC wasnt working in our room overnight. Valet is crazy expensive!!!! It was a decent hotel the staff was friendly.

The roof top bar was closed the entire stay. To me that was very upsetting because that was the number one reason I booked here. And then the second night the one and only inside bar was reserved for a private party event, like come on really? I will not be booking in the future!

Fantastic location

I only had to stay one night The ac was not working and the front desk acted like they just didn’t care about it. The room was weird because the bathroom had an open concept and a huge window like anyone would want that. Not to mention The property had the slowest elevators we ended up using the stairs for 15 stories I would not recommend this hotel.

Very polite staff. Rooms are clean enough to comfortably stay for a few days. Enjoyed the fitness center and boxing equipment, & rooftop to watch Fifa. Great location, only wish they had a pool.

The room was a little small, and the toilet seat was broken with weak flushing power. The sink faucet is also awkwardly placed and causes water to splash onto the counter. The amazing staff and great location easily outweighed the minor room issues, and I’d happily stay here again.

A little far out of the way from everything that we wanted to do (soco). It was easy to catch an uber though. I booked this place specifically for the rooftop lounge and it was closed for maintenance throughout our stay. Bed’s were extremely comfortable and room was a good size. However, I would not stay here again.

The staff always went above and beyond. They bent over backwards for us. Absolutely a great experience.

I had a great stay. The room was up to standard, amenities were great, and the staff were attentive. I had an issue with my request for an iron and ironing board taking too long to get to me before an event I had to attend. Staff worked quickly to resolve and even compensated me with free breakfast for my troubles.
