Amazing room! 11th for so no city noise. Super clean and comfortable! The staff was very helpful! And the restaurant downstairs was really nice!

I really liked the location, the room was great super clean and had everything needed. The breakfast was wonderful & the staff was super friendly and helpful. I wish they had self parking along with valet

Nice staff and clean room with comfortable bed
-
Laundry service at the hotel, big spacious room The choice of food at the breakfast is limited (no ham, cheese)

Fantastic location and the staff were amazing. Really spacious and clean rooms with an amazing view. Great breakfast selection too. The only problem was the water temperature in the shower. You have hot ...... and that's it. I visited in june in the peak of summer when you just wanted a cool shower. Brought it up with reception for 5 days during my stay but nothing was done about it. Resorted to showering at a nearby gym.

Staff was nice, and the building was quiet.

Great place to stay and party for a weekend

Perhaps another hot breakfast item could be added to the menu.

Excellent hotel

The convenience to everything nearby. From shops to food, to entertainment, it was all in very close proximity. Small gym, no pool, and limited space for Uber pickup and drop off.

It was really nice!! A little hard to find at first, but it was dark outside. Lol. Overall it wasn't bad. If I was younger I think I would have enjoyed it more. Its in the heart of 6th street.

Clean and great breakfast. Very secure and safe! I used the valet parking for one night, 9pm to around 10 am the next morning. I was charged 2 “overnight valet” fees for only one night and morning - basically $130 for 12 hours. Tried to ask if the charge was correct and the check-out person said it was :(

Very convenient location within walking distance to most downtown restaurants and bars. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was amazing. Would definitely stay again next time we are in town

Then we met Conrad at the valet stand. His genuine enthusiasm and absolutely charming personality was so heartwarming and sweet. If we had a question, he would take out his phone and research to ensure that he was giving us the proper answers even went so far as to get us parking at a sister hotel for a late night trip to a roof top bar. The complementary breakfast we received every morning was more than just adequate. Each morning brought forth a special dish, including breakfast tacos, French toast, and fruit filled pancakes that were made to order. If we ever return to Austin, we would 100% use this property again for the friendly staff, clean and practical rooms and wonderful location.

We stayed over Memorial Day weekend and the room and amenities were nice. Wish I knew about parking situation, it was real pricey for a nearby lot or valet. Our room was roomy and clean at first glance but we noticed glitter all over the floors and well all of our stuff was covered by the time my son pointed it out. Location was great! Ideal even for getting around. Note: tons of homeless people are downtown and there’s not a lot of security. Beware if traveling with kids. We watched from valet desk, a homeless guy throw a water bottle and some random guy’s face. It was filled with urine. Breakfast was the best complimentary breakfast I’ve ever had. Staff is helpful and friendly.
