The hotel is nice, modern, clean, convenient. Many appliances in the room. Excellent breakfast. Unfortunately being in a popular area, there is a lot of noise from the neighboring streets. Traffic, car horns and music until late night. Even with earplugs and the white noise device that was provided, the noise was unbearable.

I do wish we would have got our room clean every other day. We asked for it to be clean at least twice during our stay of 5 nights, but they only cleaned it our room once and that’s because I reminded guest services to do so.. it was disappointing.

Very friendly staff

We really enjoyed our stay at Element. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Shout out to D.K. who checked us in early and provided a complimentary late checkout so it better aligned with our flight. This hotel is also in a great location and we were able to walk to several restaurants, bars and tourist attractions. The breakfast was also nicely stocked and the food was fresh.

Washbasins are worst... property maintenance is not so great...rooms smell bad... overall awful experience

The pastries tasted as if they were a day old. It seemed as if they came from Caroline’s which was downstairs - after it did not sell. The hot food was cold. The hot water for the tea was not hot. The room was terrible. The toilet bubbled loudly and randomly throughout the night. The garbage trucks were loud and woke us up at 2 in the morning. It was so bad that I called the front desk. There was an awful smell in the facilities.

This hotel is terrific, from the design in and out - very hip - to the bar, and the staff are phenomenal! I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else when in town!

Hotel was amazing. The staff was so nice and helpful it is great to experience a place that has such a helpful staff. Everyone was so nice. The room comfortable and nice and had everything we needed. Breakfast was nice the staff at breakfast was so nice. Great place to stay. Highly recommend
