FIlthy, rundown, people hanging out in parking lot all night, no security, dirty hallways, elevators and rooms.

There were zero towels in my room. Had to call to get some. That sucked! Whatever age it is, it showed!! The couch had multiple fabrics. It was like a mix and match! TV in main room didn’t work Tub needs grip pads. Slipped getting in, so put a towel down in tub Only good thing was AC worked, and bed wasn’t bad, nor was it good

I booked this for a friend. Staff entered his room while he wasn’t there, and found a weed pipe, and asked him to leave immediately. Cool. Your rules your property okay. But then refused to refund the 2 weeks extra that had already been paid on the room - by me, someone who was never in the room. You want extra money then sue him, but dont steal it from me. A refund would be nice.

Everything was bad room was bad we left a day before we suppose to didn’t have any clean towels so we checked out 11:00 Saturday night

No breakfast, saw at most a single oatmeal packet and one packet of hot chocolate. The staff was great I will admit that. The gentlemen who assisted me was kind and tried to do what he could but he was limited. The room was dirty. I was shown a few rooms and they were all dirty. From open windows, cigarette stains on the couch, stains in the fridge, sink, butt marks on the chair from sitting naked on it. Literally nothing was clean just the bed made. Towels had stains, bedsheets had stains/burns etc.

The "free breakfast" is a joke and there is no pool!!!

The staff leave you alone. But it is advertised free breakfast and a pool. The free breakfast is coffee and oatmeal and there is no pool.

Staff and room are ok. However, there is no pool and the "free breakfast" is nothing more than coffee and nutribars...

Never have hot water to shower

Location. Full Kitchens Just put up with it. Rates are bit high considering the issues there. Just avoids the 'hoods'.

There was black mold in the bathroom.The whole place was pretty dirty.\nAnd old

I almost slipped and fell on vomit exiting the elevator, 3 nights no service, hotel front desk was locked tight like a concession stand at 730 am. Lots of rif raf wondering in the parking lot. I've stayed at super 8s more accommodating.

Distance from my job was great I have to pay for clean towels and wash cloths, they don’t do housekeeping til every 7 days but I was there for 12 days and never got housekeeping.

Monica, the manager, personifies what an effective leader in the travel industry should be. Nikki and the rest of the staff are amazing and wonderful to engage with. Nothing!
