Cleanliness of the room and the environment is ok. Staff are not totally enthusiastic about having customers; they just do what needs to be done routinely. We did not have any meals. Air conditioning was too noisy and rattling in the room we were assigned the first night. We had to change the room for the second night. When we were ready to check out, I asked for a receipt, but was only given what is known is a “Guest Folio,” with a confirmation number 3538601771, and a Folio Balance of $234.16. The mention of an extra charge of $50 was not even included. I was told that if we did not make any extra expenditures, it would be refunded. Furthermore, my address was not correctly recorded, and another totally unknown address appeared under my name. My overall rating of this site is “three stars.”

Ran out of coffee every morning. Shouldn't be that difficult keeping coffee going for most of the day...

Toilet backed up, unable to clear with plunger despite multiple attempts. Possible poor toilet design.

I would definitely stay here again. Clean room; staff friendly and attentive to the customer request; breakfast was delicious large variety of food; plenty of parking.

Noisy - I could hear the traffic from the highway in the room The drainage in the sink in the bathroom; the deadbolt on the door kept popping out. I had to use my key on the door to get it to pop back into the door so I could shut it. The ceiling had a big crack in it over the bed.
