The location in soco and the complementary drinks provided in the common room. This was a great touch that made the stay that little bit more relaxing. The shower had slightly low pressure but nothing that negatively impacted our stay

We loved that the hotel was a smoke-free, pet-free facility. The parking was easy and convenient and the interior courtyard was beautiful! Everything was clean and well appointed. We highly recommend a courtyard view room and plan to stay here again when we’re in Austin. The ample interior lighting and ceiling fan were greatly appreciated as this isn’t typical for a hotel. Thank you for an incredible experience.

Location is perfect the bed was fantastic the amenities were incredible! It's located right by South Congress so it's a easy distance to get to just about anywhere down there or a very cheap Uber to 6th street. Nothing

Very satisfying stay!

A beautiful setting with a fantastic location! Our room was comfortable and perfect for what we needed. The rooms are literally in the crown of a tree- which is beautiful but there are many stairs to get to the rooms. It didn't bother us, but it will be a problem for those who don't want to climb stairs or bring heavy luggage.

Nice place in SoCo but not for you if you’re looking for the amenities of a hotel. It’s more like an air bnb at the cost of a hotel.

Súper céntrico y caminable a los lugares de interés principalmente la calle para shopping. El hotel cómodo y acogedor, no hay gente de servicio pero todo es muy fácil de acceder al hotel e ingresar. Seguro volvería a llegar.

Frame Treehouse hotel was an absolute gem of a place to stay! The room, the courtyard and lounge area and the free parking were all so nice and well designed. We were specifically in town to attend a show at the Continental Club and the location couldn’t have been better. If you’re going to be out late in the evening it’s perfect but if you want a place that’s quiet for an early night in, it might not be for you because of the noise. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again.

Will definitely book again. Great value.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our very brief stay at the Treehouse, a beautifully-designed and very comfortable oasis in what can be a very busy part of ATX. Very impressed with the super prompt and helpful text communications with the hotel. And loved the Jura machine with coffee beans locally sourced via ATX’s own Texas Coffee Traders!
