If you are expecting luxury you will not find it here. Concrete floors no safe nor microwave in room no maintenance on site at night. We had a leak in bathroom and th refrigerator didn’t get cold. HVAC would cool only to 80 and it is 100 outsudr

The courtyard, walkways, lighting and lush landscaping on this property are absolutely gorgeous. So peaceful. We walked from the hotel down to the bridge to watch the bats.

Great location on South Congress in Austin. Everything is in walking distance. Huge plus that they have on property parking. Hotel is unique and well maintained. Staff was excellent. This will now be the only place I stay while visiting my son in Austin.

Loved the San Jose property. Conveniently located between restaurants and great shopping. Short walk down to Lady bird Lake was awesome. Jo’s coffee next door is a must.

The hotel is a perfect location if you are wanting to be in South Congress. South Congress is a trendy area for restaurants, coffee shops, and high-end retail shopping, and downtown is a short rideshare away. If you're looking for Austin's live music and eclectic arts scene, though, South Congress may not be your first choice, as it is much more upscale and retail-focused. We would definitely stay at Hotel San Jose if we were to stay in South Congress.

Booked it randomly. Very very pleasantly pleased. Great room, great vibe, comfortable bed, Great location on South Congress!

What I didn't like was the room was very dark. No lamp to be able to sit and put makeup on. Atleast have a lamp on the table under the tv in order to look into my makeup mirror to put my makeup on.

We were only able to stay one night, but I wish it could have been longer! The grounds were beautiful, the staff were friendly, and the pool area was cozy and relaxing. We had a great night!

I love the uniqueness of each room. The staff is amazing and I love the connection with Jo's Coffee! 100% will stay there again on future trips to Austin :)
