Hotel ZaZa Austin

Staff at front desk were not terribly helpful. Front entrance of hotel was closed. Signage was poor and Valet was not present when we pulled up. No clear indication of where to park and enter. Restaurant had no staff to find for over 20 min after our arrival

Beautiful pool bar and stylish decor all throughout the hotel. Shuttle service super helpful!

The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. I’ll definitely return, especially to visit Jessie at the spa. Her hands are magical! I really enjoyed the chocolate covered strawberries, champagne bottle, and sweet birthday note. This is the perfect spot for special occasions or weekend getaways.

Upon entering the property first thing that you notice is the amazing smell! The front door staff(valet), and desk personal were all wonderful!! The rooms are beautiful, with plush beds and pillows. We will be returning!

Great cool vibe with nice amenities and staff. Location is great for enjoying downtown and the food/drinks were exceptional.

All of the staff, from front reception to valet, to pool staff were so kind and helpful. We used the pool. Excellent. Used the shuttle, excellent. Had an AC issue and it was taken care before I could even call to the front when I noticed. Will be back and highly recommend.

Great place to stay. The gentleman working the desk were so kind and helpful. Room was perfect.

Serve the staff head boy attitudess. Lastly, our room overlooked the air-conditioning units and it was noisy. On a positive note, the food in the restaurant was excellent

Good location- rooms were nice. Coffee and tea station was nice. Still under construction. Parking tough- parked in garage up the street- didn’t realize the 1x we parked on bottom level- it was not part of garage and had our tire chained- had to pay $140 parking garage not marked that you can’t park in lower level. 7-8 cars had same issue. Not good! Hotel should let customers know this.

Hotel Zaza is the definition of a boutique hotel. The decor was beautiful and artsy -there was even a nice smell everywhere we went. The staff was helpful and we enjoyed the daily coffee service and afternoon sweet treats- a nice touch! The 7th floor pool and restaurant area is so cute and well appointed - feels like an escape. I’d go back in a heartbeat - we didn’t get a chance to eat at the restaurant but the menu looked superb. The actual room was more of the same - beautifully decorated and spacious - and the bed was extremely comfortable! Highly recommended

We absolutely loved the hotel, great location, great amenities the staff was super nice, friendly helpful. The lobby was under construction, but we can see how beautiful it will be very shortly. It looks like it was almost completed.

We had so much fun at Hotel Zaza in Austin. The hotel is beautifully decorated and rooms are spacious and so comfortable. We attended a pool activity help by Splash Society…. Pilates by the pool and water aerobics. Love seeing my husband join in the fun. We will plan to go back, often🌻

This place is a TREAT! I found out each of their hotels is designer curated. So each hotel is unique and visually stimulating. The staff is so delightful and helpful. The bed and pillows are amazing. The shower pressure is strong. The towels are quality and plentiful. The restaurant on the 7th floor was delicious. I just always appreciate my stays at Zaza.

There was no bar and staff was rude. Tv was broken.

Great staff, especially the valet staff. Beautiful hotel in great location.
