Very disappointing stay. The front desk provided poor customer service and was unhelpful when I needed assistance. I paid for a quality experience but did not receive the service I expected. The room did not meet expectations, and the pool was very small. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had.

I had a lake view room and it was perfect, the store downstairs was great and outside everything was walking distance. I was very pleased with my stay

Brook was very helpful and informative while we were checking into the hotel. She was very friendly and took the time to explain all the amenities to us. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
-
No shower liner, shower curtain smelled of mildew. Tub stains (possibly from tub mat) make it look dirty. Exhaust vent in bathroom is non existent.

Well cared for. 4 elevators isn't enough.

I was in a double Queen room overlooking Lady Bird Lake. The View was amazing and the room was so comfortable and accommodating. Love how attentive the staff was to my needs whenever contacted. I did not enjoy how cold the hotel was as a whole. I could not go anywhere in the hotel without a jacket. Hundreds of people in the conference I was apart of constantly spoke on how uncomfortably cold it was. So much so that a group of us would go sit outside so that we could over heat in order to come back into the cold hotel and function.

Spectacular lake view from our 16th floor balcony. Breakfast and staff wonderful. Dinner restaurant bar food and staff delightful yet noisy if close to the bar.

Was given the wrong room. Paid more for a better room but didn’t get it. Paid for late check out, but was called and texted anyway, so didn’t get the extra sleep I paid for. Additionally housekeeping was banging on the door as if I had not previously paid for the late check out. Property in general was much too loud. Will NEVER stay here again! Paid for creek view, but could not see creek from our supposedly private porch that I paid extra for and did not get. NEVER AGAIN!!
