I used every cheap motel in Austin, and for once I was pleasantly surprised. The place is clean, everything is in working order, the late night staff was more than pleasant. For the cheapest rooms the showers are communal but as I said, clean, well maintained and private, I don't have to look any more, I know where to go when I have to spend the night in Austin on the cheap!

wish was cleared on the booking that some rooms do not have private showers, not a deal breaker for one night on cheap, but was surprised after the booking was confirmed that the room had shared showers in the hallway.

I stayed here 2×2 nights and it was great. Clean room simple stay it has what you need. Nice privacy. You’re looking for somewhere to stay for the night or two nights on a budget. This is a great alternative. It’s not upscale. It’s very humble it’s safe. They have cameras all around the property. I felt safe bed is comfortable. It felt Homie I’m not going to lie OK and the staff which Areboss and Omar are awesome awesome gentlemen super helpful and kind. I would stay here again get their room with a private shower cause there is another shower in the hallway if you get one of those room, but that works out as well. Parking is limited, but you always find a parking. I had no problems with that and it’s close to the facility. Air-conditioning was awesome. Very cool fresh I had to actually lower the air conditioning down because I was cold in the morning. It was perfect.

Works for me. Best overall value I have found in this area so far.

The staff did me a big favor by allowing me to check in around 2 AM, because of a couple of flight delays. Much appreciated! The room was pretty basic, but it had a comfortable bed and was clean. The AC unit was kind of weird; at first I didn't think it was going to work, but once it did, I couldn't turn it off or moderate the temperature. Overall, it was a good budget-friendly choice.

Had a great stay at this property. The people who work here are wonderful human beings! Fair price and it was very quiet and peaceful. Thank you.

I have stayed here several times times. Staff is ALWAYS extremely kind and helpful. Rooms are clean and quiet. Good location. Will stay again.

The building itself is older, but the staff try their best to make it as nice as possible and you can tell. The beds were fairly clean, the room itself was fairly nice. We just needed a place to spend one night and it was perfect and affordable 👌

10/10 will book again.

This may have been an old hospital but for two nights & a basic place to sleep it was acceptable for us.

Nice place

Rooms are very clean, super nice. Went to Moody Center for a concert and this is a nice short drive from the venue, bed was comfortable I fell asleep almost immediately. The man at the office was very accommodating and kind. Only small issue was the door was a little wonky but easy to lock. 9.5/10

Separate restroom for the basic room, had everything I needed for a couple nights. Bed, tv, restroom in my room, hangers, A/c, bath towel. Thanks for the stay!! Also it’s off the freeway in north Austin
