I loved how CLEAN everything was, from the lobby to the halls to my room, thank you and your staff for all you do, Room had wear and tear, especially in the bathroom, lower corners were smashed or damaged, would like some shower doors in the bathrooms I put the bath mats down but I feel bad the water pressure tends to wet the whole bathroom floor, so just a suggestion

This is a budget hotel with some obvious maintenance issues - caulk in the shower has mold around it and the secondary door lock was broken. I would never want my wife and children to stay here, but if a man may want to stay there and save a few bucks.

Staff was very nice & the stay was very clean. Nothing negative. The syrup in the breakfast tasted a little off but that's about it.

We had an easy check-in to a clean, bright reception area. Then, we went up to our room. The beds were comfy, the pillows were plentiful, and the linens were fresh and clean. The bathroom was modern, well appointed, and again, very clean. All of the desk staff were helpful and pleasant. The hotel is located just off I 35, which makes it easy to go all over Austin. Just a note: we didn't hear traffic noise, our stay was very quiet. We'll stay here again the next time we're in Austin. There wasn't anything negative.

AC is the one olds in the wall, everything was cracked or rusted, pictures do NOT match the hotel. Pool is extremely small and dirty, windows were busted open on the second floor, breakfast was horrible, work out room had 4 machines.

They did not return my deposit because they said it was "smokey" in the room so they accused us of smoking, but we didn't. It didn't stink of cigarettes or anything.
