Hawthorn Extended Stay Austin North

Had 3 cockroaches in our room, and visible evidence in the hallway on day two (egg sac and legs on the floor). Elevator sounded terrible and it seemed as though only one of the two worked, but even the one was broken on one day of our stay. Room was not that clean when we checked in, but was passable until we saw the roaches. Would avoid until these items are fixed.

We had a wonderful family trip at this hotel. The rooms are spotlessly clean, the staff are polite and helpful, and the surrounding area has lots of shops for daily needs. Every member of my family really liked this place, and we will definitely book it again next time.

Newish property. Large room. Good breakfast. Lots of Mexican laborers that are very loud. Construction on freeway in front of hotel.

Elevator stopped working day one. Water pressure super Low and shower barely got hot. Tub was dirty and full of hair. Breakfast was decent and despite the mishaps the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Hotel is exceptional in all aspects. This was our second time staying here. Place is very clean, staff is friendly and helpful.

Affordable & clean efficiency king room. Complimentary breakfast was good, but needs more variety. Easy to check in & out. Centrally located.

I love love this place. Very spacious,clean and affordable. Had my daughter a sweet 18th birthday party there with just a handful of her friends. I highly recommend this place

The manager was nice, but the property was filthy. Stains on the ground on every floor by elevator, the rooms smelled strong of chemicals to the point it made me nauseas.

Later in the evening, I decided to have a shower come to find out Zero hot water to continue the story. I woke up the next morning with no shower and the coffee pot was broken. This establishment needs some serious attention. I would stay away. Far AWAY

My only complaint is that this hotel had only one elevator working. Not good with the amount of people staying there. They really need to get that fixed ASAP
