The room was disgusting. There were, what seemed to be several dog hairs on our covers and other human hairs. The toilet seat had hair and had urine in the toilet bowl when we entered the room. I would've walked away, but had no choice but to just get it cleaned up and stay because I had already paid and it was non refundable. Worst place I have stayed. Never again. "Black out curtains" don't even black out. We were originally put in a room where u can hear a large dog next door darling it's lungs off, sounded so close and was very annoying. They did let us change to another room, which I will give them credit for, but that's the room that had the hairs and urine. I never even checked around the first room, tbh. But either way..horrible experience all around. I've stayed in several hotels before and this was the worst one yet, for the cost especially . To top it off, there was construction all over with roads blocked off and a VERY dangerous type of entrance into the location. And cherry on top...elevators didn't work. Had to take stairs up to 3rd floor with ALLLLL our belongings back n forth. AWFUL!

Our bed bed had blood stains on the sheets

Elevators broken during our entire stay and front desk was slightly rude when we asked to switch rooms to be in the first floor with 2 toddlers. However everything was resolved quickly and the room was cleaned and turned over when we were out which was nice and unexpected. Kitchen and bathroom were very clean and useful. Breakfast was plentiful. Would stay again, super close to everything.

Check in/ check out was simple, staff was friendly, breakfast provided was a plus! Enjoyed our overall stay!

Had 3 cockroaches in our room, and visible evidence in the hallway on day two (egg sac and legs on the floor). Elevator sounded terrible and it seemed as though only one of the two worked, but even the one was broken on one day of our stay. Room was not that clean when we checked in, but was passable until we saw the roaches. Would avoid until these items are fixed.

We had a wonderful family trip at this hotel. The rooms are spotlessly clean, the staff are polite and helpful, and the surrounding area has lots of shops for daily needs. Every member of my family really liked this place, and we will definitely book it again next time.

Newish property. Large room. Good breakfast. Lots of Mexican laborers that are very loud. Construction on freeway in front of hotel.

Elevator stopped working day one. Water pressure super Low and shower barely got hot. Tub was dirty and full of hair. Breakfast was decent and despite the mishaps the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Hotel is exceptional in all aspects. This was our second time staying here. Place is very clean, staff is friendly and helpful.
