Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Austin North (Pflugerville), TX

No pool. Hotel overall had a weird smelling odor to it. When we got into the room we noticed a small hair on the bed (hoping it wasn’t pube hair). AC said it was on its highest setting but the room was warm at best. Hallway had an odor of weed to it. The day we arrived the elevator was broken and took about a day to fix. Staff was very nice. Probably wouldn’t stay again but then again the price reflects on what you get. Also apparently there was a homeless person puncturing tires, a kind guest warned us that he observed a women puncture the tire of one car and attempted to puncture my boyfriends car tire, but fortunately it didn’t actually puncture it. Construction is going on near the highway but didn’t make it difficult to go in. There is two ways to enter but GPS only showed us the highway enterence

The front desk staff was helpful but everything else was very poor! The elevator was out and the stair shafts were very dirty and hot. The room appeared fine but not long after I was settled I witnessed three roaches crawling in the room. The AC did not reach the front area of the suite. The water with oranges in the lobby appeared old and was very warm as if it hadn't been changed in while. I had stayed here before and the difference was night and day from my previous experience.

Go somewhere else, trust me

Yet didn’t received refund of my deposit. Still it shows pending. Please resolve it.

Hotel did not have hot water the entire stay but we’re still serving food. Holes in the wall. Mold in the room. Roaches in the room.

For the most part everything was great. There was some very obvious mold on the ceiling in the bathroom above the shower and the room smelled like crawfish. Both of those were terrible however staff was nice and room was a good size and clean and breakfast was good. For the price it was a decent hotel.

Good hotel for families but it could use some freshening up.

Horrible location and major detection of drug use horrible maintenance how could this be even open to the public with families

Honestly they are letting this place go my first time was great but they are going down hill when got there reception inform that they only clean room on the 3rd day of stay so I feel like this is why this place is getting nastier rooms need to be clean everyday even when being occupied when we went down to breakfast I ask if they could put more of the item they ran out and they were like the lady will be here after 8:15am but breakfast is from 7am to 10 am I mean I figured they have someone scheduled during breakfast but they don't it smells like Marijuana in halls I assume people smoke and owners allowed it but with me having kids not ok with it did see pest they used to be a pool not no more so picture need to be updated overall not clean and nasty I won't ever be back to this hotel and honestly price is very good but not worth it if you are a very clean person like I am specifically because I like to take my kids to a clean place so hopefully this helps yall .

Never again! Restroom was gross with a layer of mildew where the tub meets the tile wall....USB Charger did not work and curtain was torn....I wouldn't stay here again if they offered it for free. Down right disgusting......

My stay was Good.

This is a very poorly maintained property. The carpet and the furniture (couch, chairs) are dirty looking. There was no hot water in the room. The fold out couch mattress was extremely uncomfortable (even for a fold out mattress). When we asked for bedding for it, we were told there were no extra pillows available. The separate room for the fold out bed does not have any air conditioning in it. There was also a bad smell, like maybe the room had previously been smoked in and/or a musty smell.

Everything was nice

I stayed at this place twice for couple of weeks each. I enjoyed my stay with kids. The suite gives me space to work while staying close to kids. Staff is very helpful and courteous. Will be back whenever I am in Austin

Everything was great

Breakfast both days was skimpy and when we asked if they were going to refill it, the front desk said she wouldn’t, the staff that was supposed to do that was running late. Asked for more toiletries and was ignored. The hallway carpets were not vacuumed once during our stay despite food being dropped in the hallway. The amount of bugs we killed in our room was horrific. We would’ve asked for a refund and not stayed had I the confidence in this hotel’s ability to process such. Will not stay again and highly suggest no one else to as well.
