For a short stay due to air conditioner issues at our apartment this was a nice place to stay. Thank you for a painless experience

In addition, I believe families traveling with small children should be placed on the first floor whenever possible to help minimize disturbances for other guests. Lastly, check-in was supposed to be at 3:00 p.m., but our room wasn't available until around 4:30 p.m., and several other families experienced the same delay. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

I discovered the TV screen in the living area was shattered after plugging it in. The AC in the room halfway worked; the little door to the buttons department was broken off. The room alarm clock and hairdryer were missing. I ended up having to go to work with my hair up in a bun, wet. After notifying the front desk, I was not asked if I needed those items replaced or for me to change rooms. I actually stayed at this hotel a week prior and had no issues.

However not very well maintained There were stains everywhere Breakfast was not good Had to eat somewhere else

No good no water in unit no extra day no customer service at all

The room appeared to have previously suffered water damage. The curtains were brown water stained. The bathroom wall and ceiling has some type of stuff on it that looked like boogers or something it was disgusting. The TV in the bedroom was shattered and did not work. It was unplugged and upon plugging it on that’s when we discovered. The breakfast was minimal and was not replenished in a decent time so there was nothing there and we sat for 15mins. There was a patch in the ceiling from the water damage. We let front desk know and he claimed they were completely booked and unable to do anything about it. Contacted manager and still waiting to hear back. Filing corporate complaint. These hotels have to do better.

Awful experience here, the room smelled of mold and made me sick. The bathroom was filled with mold and rust. Even the toilet was dirty with scratches all over. The hallway smelled like weed. We left within 8 hours of checking in.

Elevator half broken. Faucet was broken in room. When requested to be moved. He told me to hold on to then check the room and tell me the faucet was just loose and did I still want to stay there. Requested another room where there was mold on the tub and flooring cracked. Just went to front desk to checkout and left the hotel. They tried to give me another room but I declined. Says no smoking but whole hotel smells like smoke. Just dated stinky rooms that smell like dirty clothes and carpet.

The toilet did not work. We had to hold the handle down until it would flush. Again, front desk said he could not help us. Front desk was in no way wanting to do anything for us.

They gave us a room that was clearly used with dirty sheets and towels. They were super picky on people getting fresh towels. I heard a lady was charged because the washcloth was “stained” and so they charged her $25. Staff does not care about people’s feelings. Room smelled horrible, like mold and old cigarettes. It’s cheap so you get what you pay for but i would have rather spent extra money and gotten a nice hotel. this was 100% not worth it, please go elsewhere

The first room, the toilet overflowed on us. It didn’t have a microwave and the television for the front room was missing. Room number two, the carpet was dirty and the iron worked but looked like it was broken and the ironing board was bent. Other than that, the bed was real comfortable, had a microwave and the tv was missing in the front room.

Pros: - low price (for a reason) - comfortable beds - In room AC systems cool well - hit or miss on staff. The front desk lady is pleasant. Sometimes no one is at the front desk. - Free Wifi Cons: - surrounded by construction - sketchy people around the area - carpet stains and carpet bumps can be tripping hazard on 2nd floor - funky smell throughout - cockroaches

The room was gross and full of water damage and gross stuff all over the pull out. the staff did not speak English very well making it had to ask for anything and understand what they were saying.

actually planned to stay one week but i noticed roches in the toilet area and vacated in a day. working with Expedia to get refund.

Run down location, smelled and dirty!

The mirror fell off the door and we got charge for it

Hotel seems pretty dirty and they need to maintain the property

The rooms are very old and not properly maintained. Bad smell from carpet. The bathroom faucet keep leaking. The freezer door is broken. The breakfast was awful and made with very sub standard food. The staff are very disrespectful. Parking lot is shady.
