It was spaced out The staff were rude and lazy

Room was clean, however the property had recently been struck by lightning. Therefore, there was no wifi and the elevators and phones were not working. I was notified at check in.

The stay was okay for what we were in town for.

The elevator wasn’t working all week and no internet

The staff were nice but the whole hotel smells like onions especially the staircase and I had no WiFi !! The whole week I was there and the elevator went down .

Good cleaning over all on most of the property and most of the time No wifi connection No channels Elevator broke down and hadn’t gotten fixed Smells be coming out of no where that stinks in the hallways and stairs Dog poops all over the grass in all surrounding areas by the hotel

Tearable ! No Internet, cable as said ! Dirty ,filthy ,Dog poop, Cockroaches, infected w Ants in cabinets ! Drug Dealers in front of place !!!! And then they treat you like crap ! Totally Bad Experience ! Ditto

Nothing This property denied me a room. I booked with Booking.com at 11:22pm and, upon arrival, I was informed that their systems rollover at 11pm and that they had no reservation for me in the system and no available rooms. I contacted Booking customer service and have not gotten a refund for over a month.

Disappointing

Great hotel, very clean and comfortable. Would recommend.
