Cute and cozy!

Nothing This property denied me a room. I booked with Booking.com at 11:22pm and, upon arrival, I was informed that their systems rollover at 11pm and that they had no reservation for me in the system and no available rooms. I contacted Booking customer service and have not gotten a refund for over a month.

Great hotel, very clean and comfortable. Would recommend.

They wouldn’t honor late checkout even though they said it was available at an extra charge, which I was happy to pay. I was called 2 hours before checkout to ensure I leave. Not a great checkout experience.

A lot of tweakers and disability people that complain about everything like it’s some retirement home and the rooms are not clean, and the carpets are nasty

Overall, the stay was pretty good! We did have an issue with the water getting hot. Also the carpet in our room could have been vacuumed and the carpet in the hallway needs to be cleaned. The one chair for you to sit in was dirty! I would stay there again.

The layout and design Booked online around 11:30 and Audits are apparently run at 11:00 PM.

The room was very dirty from the towel to the bedsheet. It was very smell. Sofa and chair also was dirty. There’s a lot of stain.

We arrived at 8:30 pm, to a lobby full of people waiting for a front desk clerk. We waited yet another hour before one showed up, and then just looked at all of us and said ‘Sorry’. Then I was told that even though I had reserved a room with one bed, they only had two-bedded rooms available and they would be putting me in one of those, to which I said was no problem. But then they had the audacity to tell me they would be charging me the difference in price between the two types of rooms!! And said nothing more than ‘talk to the Mgr in the morning’!! Hotel protocol and customer service skills are not at the top of their skills set.

Booked late (2 hours after check in) and waited over an hour to actually check in because staff was “on break”

The app booked me a room when there were no rooms available because the hotel was at 98% capacity. I wasn’t notified about anything so when I. Get there my reservation was canceled because I was a no show and I showed up before midnight which was about an hour and a half after making reservation.. the hotel does their audit at 11:00 pm and not at 12am like it should be done. So the reservation was cancelled and I was still charged the price for the room then had to go find another room to rent and pay for that. Waiting to see if I get refunded the money.lll

Other then the road construction wasn’t too bad Lots of post heads pretty ghetto

I liked the hotel location, cleanliness and its quietness. I did not like the shower in the bathroom. The water shower is not strong enough. Also, the staff were not as expected.

There's no breakfast They kick you out without trying to help you when your homeless with my baby in the cold weather I'm reporting this to the news stations and all the world this is animal and human cruelty

Extremely unfriendly staff

There was one staff that was pleasant Cockroaches in the room, staff promised a cot day one and we didnt get on despite asking every day and being told it would be there soon. Lots of needles in the parking lot and tons of smashed glass, cops in the hotel 3 times, once with guns drawn. Staff was apathetic to rude. Garbage was self serve and bin was always completely overflowing. Children's dirty underwear was spread around the first floor and wasn't dealt with while we were there. Super thin walls. Water pressure was horrendous and bathroom fan didnt work. Staff never came to repair it despite being asked every day. Do not recommend staying here
