Excellent, friendly, front desk staff!

Very poor

There was a woman off the street trying to gain access to a room. This was obvious as she was talking to staff member tending to the lobby. As we went to elevator, just before doors closed, she came on elevator. She kept looking at us. Off the elevator I asked if we can help you, no response and she proceeded to elevator. As soon as we saw elevator close we rushed to our room, so she would not see the room we were in. Attempted to call desk from hotel phone, 3x and it sounded to pickup and then it would hang up. So I attempted to call via my cell phone, same thing occurred after 2 attempts. I proceeded to call 911 as I was concern for safety of staff member in the lobby. This woman appeared to be off the street and appeared to be under the influence. Dispatch said they would send someone over. We kept lights off and remained quiet in our room. Not knowing whether this woman was back on the floor. We felt u safe and took several hours before we can fall asleep. Never felt so unsafe in a hotel. Staff did not respond appropriately and phone system did not work as it should. Terrible experience.

Reasonably priced, comfortable bed & we liked the modern/contemporary design/furnitures. The free breakfast was decent. We enjoyed the pancake station. All the staff we encountered were very professional, polite and very helpful (especially the shuttle driver that took us to the airport - didn’t catch his name, but he went out of his way to make conversation and was very courteous). Due to phone issues they were having, we could not get a hold of the front desk to arrange shuttle pickup from the airport easily. Had to call the toll-free Hilton number and an operator finally got a hold of someone to send the shuttle. Shuttle back to the airport the next day went smoothly with a reservation. The egg frittatas were really dry…regular scrambled eggs would’ve been better. But there were enough other options to fill up for breakfast.

When checking in, the customary $25 incidental fee was charged to my card, which is normal. Then immediately after that was explained, I was told that there was a parking fee for parking in the hotel parking lot of $10.83 and that that charge would be taken from the incidental fee I had just prepaid. I said, "You're charging me for parking in the hotel parking lot?" "Yes" Just seemed odd to me that this particular charge was assessed at that time. I have never been charged to park in a hotel's parking lot before. Perhaps this is normal operations now and perhaps I missed this while making the reservation. Not a huge deal over $10, but just found this odd. I'm guessing most people park in the parking lot of the hotel, so its just another added revenue stream for them.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The location was convenient, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and hassle-free. I truly enjoyed my experience and would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and enjoyable place to stay!

Good location We arrived a late and the front desk clerk did not greet us. Somewhat dismissive. Also one of the best was not comfortable. Very lumpy.

We hag a very good stay at this hotel. Clean rooms. Lots of amenities. Good breakfast. Highly recommended.

They charge for parking! Even as a guest of the hotel, that’s absurd. Might as well stay downtown near the action of going to pay to park anyways. There is literally nothing around here and the free breakfast was nothing special.

Excellent hotel near the Austin airport. The breakfast was good, and the rooms were nicely appointed. Little things like good quality toiletries and a nightlight in the bathroom were much appreciated. Hotel staff were cheerful and extremely helpful getting me to the hotel after a very late flight. We liked it enough to book another night for our departure.
