Best Western Plus Austin Airport Inn & Suites

I was supposed to get a room with a refrigerator, but I didn’t and the TV frequently froze and cut out. The shower curtain was not long enough to keep the water going onto the floor. Other than that the staff were amazing and the pool was refreshing.

The room was clean and had comfortable beds. The microwave and fridge were also clean. Something else we liked was how quiet the room was.

It was okay. Wouldn’t stay here again. Parking lot was filthy. Like a dumpster/dumping ground. Staff wasn’t friendly or welcoming. Room looked run down. Shower basically flooded rr. Wasted towels drying the floor

Stay was great, staff was always friendly and the location was perfect.

Everything was good but I woke remotely and the Wifi did not work. But it was amazing to check in early.

The room was fine, the A/C was amazing, the bed felt fine. The only issue was the WIFI, it did not work well, which made the TV not work. I know this is a first world problem, but it affected my stay.

Room was fine, but for: the air conditioning was very loud, there were no pictures or adornment on any of the walls, which made it look bare, and the wifi was terrible, such that I needed to use my cellphone hotspot because the wifi was unusable.

It was close to the venue that I was going to and to the airport Curb appeal was horrible, at the entryway the trash cans were overflowing all three days never emptied. There was no coffee pot in my room and I believe the price was changed when I went to look for my Booking reservation. The prices were all masked out. I stayed three days one was 108 one was 179 and one was 159. I was upset.

Broken items in the rooms such as shower rod and bath tub stopper.

Everything great will stay again

The room was clean and comfortable, although smelled a little musty. The Wifi is terrible. The tv kept cutting out and internet connection was spotty. They assured us that coffee was available 24/7, but then had none for a whole day. Good free breakfast - prompty over at 9:30 though so wake up early. Didn't use the pool, but it looked nice. I give it 3.5 stars. It was cheap so you get what you pay for.
