Home2 Suites by Hilton Austin Airport

Clean, size was great , good location and staff were great. The AC unit was very loud on the room I hardly could sleep. I had to use ear plugs to sleep.

Clean, spacious room and very kind employees.

Large room, well-equipped

The hotel, once inside, was nice. The outside... kind of a different story. There was minimal signage on the building, and none at the entrance. I had to check the Google maps for photos to make sure I was going into the right building. There were some drunken bums riding around the parking lots in the area, so not optimal in setting the safe and secure feeling. Other than that, once you go inside, the staff is nice and friendly, the room and common areas are clean. I would stay again, but I'm would also consider other options.

The staff is nice. The breakfast was okay.

Clean roon

The staff there was very helpful and quick to respond to your needs.

The location was great They have no bar and there was a lot of noise from construction to people running up and down the hallway door, slamming very loud property.

Superb

Great experience. Each room is like a little apartment. Friendly staff and nicely maintained space. There are some signs of wear and tear but they are greatly overpowered by the modern updates. Great stay and great staff

Conveniently located. Nice facility that was well maintained. Room was clean and parking was available near the front door.

Service was good. Outdated and tacky atmosphere. Unappealing amenities. Weird smell in the room. Breakfast was not fresh and didn’t look appetizing.

Staff and hotel was clean but a couple of exterior fixes need to be done. The room was a suite and well kept except the lock on door broken

Customer service was excellent. I liked the daily text messages asking if I needed anything or just asking about my stay. They were on top of things! One elevator wasn’t working when we checked in. It was fixed the next day but made me hesitant to get on it.

Spacious room. Comfy bed. Great location.

It was a clean, comfortable room. A good value for the price.

The room was clean and the AC worked very well..definitely will stay here again next time I’m in Austin
