I didn't care for the customer service. Loud movements upstairs. I was there for work, asked to be on the 4th floor, but was told my room type couldn't put me on the 4th floor. I didn't get much sleep. Wouldn't stay back there again.

Staff Beds were cheap and kept moving around. The sink in my room had no water so I had to go downstairs to wash my hands.

Location was near the airport, which was my primary reason for staying here. And price was right. Very small rooms. But I only stayed for a few hours before my flight, so it was sufficient.

I had requested no housekeeping due to having my cats in the room. I came back to my room from being out to find out HOUSEKEEPING STILL WENT IN!!! so glad my furr babies were safe.

Beware of the management here.I changed the guest name on a booking for my friend, but Hilary refused to check her in, even when confronted with the official Booking confirmation. She was arrogant, kept interrupting us, and forced us to call Booking.com to fix her mistake. Booking.com actually had to call the hotel to reprimand them because their refusal was unacceptable. To make matters worse, she showed absolutely no empathy when told my friend was feeling unwell and almost fainted from stress. Terrible attitude and zero professionalism.

It was clean Took front desk so long to come to the front she was on her phone the whole while me and another customer waited about 20 minutes to be waited on. Usally they are awesome at this location. Also my room air conditioner was not working it was super hot. So i had to be moved to another room.
